i’d assume that it would transfer the mii normally. the way i corrupt affects the RAM, not the actual data in the application, so i’d assume it would just push the mii data correctly. but who knows, i’ll have to try it out myself
@@nimk There are 2 paths for this: If you're using an emulator and corrupting the MEMORY ADDRESS SPACE (all the stuff the CPU can access (I/O controllers, ROM, RAM, etc.)) then yes, you could possibly corrupt the TRANSFER routine. If you're REALLY only corrupting stuff that can be written to by the CPU, then this is still possible, just much more unlikely. If the EOF (end of file) token for the Mii while it's being stored in RAM (for block data transfer) is corrupted, than it would possibly start transferring EVERYTHING from that memory address onward (includes ROM and stuff, I'm talking about the MEMORY ADDRESS SPACE here), overwriting any Miis above it in the remote (console not harmed), and writing, like, ROM and stuff, possibly filling up all the mii slots with garbage data.
i have a video on my other channel going into more depth, but i use real time corruptor vanguard. just install it, install dolphin, change to vector engine, set the intensity low-ish, and then auto-corrupt
