SC lang ang may karapatang mag decide kung moral turpitude or hindi. walang K si guanzon mag decide kasi hindi naman siya part ng SC. paki clarify nga yung sinabi mong official of martial law regime? mag research ka na rin para hindi ka mag mukang walang alam sa post mo.

As one of the judges of the case it is her mandate to let the people know about the truth of her decision rather than hide the facts about BBM.She was a little bet irritated due to the fact that the ponentia(ponente) was perhaps intentionally delayed which by law it should be released with 15 days from submission of tha case.in this situation it goes beyond 15 days which is a clear violation of the rules and no accountability for the ponente being considered.
