Marcos was a brilliant lawyer and I admire him for his intelligence but as the old saying goes, absolute power corrupts absolutely and if you would weigh the things he had done, both positive and negative, I say that the latter outnumbers the former. Do not let the populists interfere your reality and history.
@@andreskalayaan6208 From what I gathered, from both non-biased anti and pro Marcos, it seems the common ground is Marcos does truly care for our nation but he failed with his Economic reforms and fighting the communists and the oligarchs. The Economic reforms was due to him trusting the wrong people. Though with the many infastructures he has built, I am not seeing how the negative outweighs the positive. I'd love you to educate me on that with very credible sources. I'd love to add what fact you know that I don't into my expanding knowledge about the Marcos regime.

The conversation was filled with academe heavy weights therefore the discourse was thoroughly studied and reliable.
