I would like to strongly encourage you to make a video about some of the healthy, delicious, filling alternative food choices that you have been preparing for yourself while working full time and hitting the gym three days a week for your viewers that also details some of the self coping strategies you personally use to alleviate your stress as a busy professional...along with some of the recommendations you provide your clients with who may be experiencing challenges with panic and anxiety at school.

Once I switched back to the school psych after being the school counselor at a small school who rarely sat on his office, I noticed more joint issues and my cholesterol and BP got out of control. It didn't help that I didn't realize I was still grieving a significant loss. Needless to say, working from home during the first year of the pandemic helped me get myself together. This video was great! Thanks!

Is there a program in what you did in this video. I have a few projects coming up where I have to do exactly what your video does. Any help for a struggling first year student would be great. Thanks for the feedback, and I’m glad you could relate to the video! I use adobe premiere. It took some practice to learn how to use it but it’s paying off pretty well. I also started using CapCut for editing and captions (use the free option…it has more than enough tools). Let me know how your projects go and if you need any help with anything else 👊🏾

Just got my grade back, and my professor said it was the best video they have seen all year. I could not have pulled this off without your help.
