I can sell my (very dangerous) automobile to anyone, even from out-of-state, without any type of background check. It's all about control when it comes to firearms. Driving is a privilege, bearing arms is a *Right that is not to be infringed upon*.

(Which, yeah would add a stolen firearm on top of charges) But if you can't own one anyway, and it's a felony to have one... what's another felony lol
@@NateClay Falsely reporting a gun stolen is a serious crime. If you ever had to use the gun and it got traced back to him, and the cops find out you two are friends, either you're going to jail for stealing a gun or he's going to jail for falsely reporting it stolen.
A feel like buying a second hand gun is just so wrong and feel like there is loads of fakes out there people trying to scam folk ad rather buy new that way i no it’s real and not a shit gun that’s been abused at the gun range

No. There's no "anyone can go to a gun show and buy a gun without a background check". That simply does not exist.
Yes it does if you buy from a private seller. Private sellers are allowed to sell to private buyers without conducting a background check.

That is true. You don’t need background checks for private gun sales, and gun shows are filled with private gun dealers.

The easiest loophole of all: Straw Purchase, have the gun reported stolen/lost by the purchaser (not a crime), then you have your gun.
Except that is highly illegal, unlike the gunshow loophole.
