Aside from the eye strain, this was one of your most fun tracks. The shortcuts are all easily findable but not unfairly tight, and everyone is fighting over a few seconds' difference instead of banging on random walls looking for an easy cheese win. I think I just wish there was a little more variety in the shape on the track itself over just mostly flat terrain. Banks, twists, and differences in track width all make for interesting racing lines.
More of these style of tracks. I really appreciated how technically demanding this one became instead of relying on a cheese to get a fast time.
The bloom was a bit much, but this style of track with obvious skilled shortcuts is really fun to watch

you should get the really fast players to record their povs and send you the winning run afterwar so we get to see how they went so fast
This is exactly what I was talking about way back, These are actual shortcuts. Cheese's are low skill high reward, Shortcuts are higher skill lower time saves.
I really wish people like justmaki started posting their runs because I wanna knwo how they're so fast x)
JustMaki has a channel but with very few vidéos. The only Zeepkist one is the recent maze made by Kosmo
It sucks that Zeepkist doesn't have an automatic replay recorder like Trackmania. I hope Yannic implements that soon!
warcans has some cool videos of the guys' multiplayer tracks, would recommend
@eninn 5 months later, it's not really possible. Trackman records inputs but the physics are static. Unity gives random values for some things so it can't be done
I'm waiting for an M. C. Escher-inspired track.

I remember the times were Warcans was winning almost all the time and now there are so many good players that he most of the time not even get to the podium
I remember the guys saying that justmaki was warcans in an older video but they could be referring to them as the new warcans aka the kne who just steamrolls the tracks

Your vids are the best cuz you jump straight into the multiplayer no track building or silly explanations. Just pure group fun.

You know it's a good homage when the brain triggers the soundtrack for it, this and the Donkey Kong track are the latest additions for that list!

I wanna see a track like an ant hill ,with all the tunnels n such , going in different directions , of course with ur short cuts , maze like - starting above ground going down in dark tunnels , could def picture it being cool. Keep up the great content !

It took them months to figure out hooking corners reduced friction... it took me an hour (5 minutes in online) to figure it out

I actually had an idea you guys could do for a restriction on track building for 1 day. You make a track that isn't on the ground and you can't use road pieces. So you need to make a track out of trees and other random items. I think it could make for an interesting track but definitely a one and done type idea.
Yeah, these shortcuts feel less like cheeses and more... I dunno, skilful and interesting
When you turned the bloom off, you didnt actually, because you didnt save your settings

Make a track with a short cut and at the beginning of the video tell them there is a shortcut and tell them the expected time and see if they can find it. Make it secret as hell

I should have done the noob track because I kept on failing trying all the cuts
Given the cars have headlights, do an underground track, no lights except in small areas.
If this game are available in ios and Android, it will be more epic.. Tons of player out there dont have access to gaming PC, but they have a smartphone.. Can you deliver this idea to fiets dapper..? Thanks.. Would be appreciated if you can ask this on one of your gaming session with him on your next video.. 😆

Oh, this is a great idea. The construction would be harder I'm mobile, but the controls ase simple and would be nice to play

Idea for yanic make it so that under host settings there is a section to disable or enable what ever controls the host chooses or have it so when the map is created some of the controls can be disabled
Dapper, can you make a video game track, like each check point visualized with a star on a road or smt, I dont know, sounds cool. Could be a plenty check point in a row like in video game and goal to take all stars or whatevere is can be buildeble. Best wishes

How do you get the booster pads without placing a road? Is it a custom asset? I notice you have them in between track peices on the loopdloop.
I hope this teaches you @Dapper that you need to go back to the way of the cheese. Like, a nice aged cheddar, not some floppy, tasteless marble.

You take the long way to validate so the ones that check the file data don't see a shortcut time, amirite?
You changed BLOOM to low quality which made it a lot worst... You were supposed to disable it.
