I'll definitely try this! Do the wings flex up and down with any pitch input? Last time I tried making a swing wing aircraft the wings actually flexed so hard they tore off when I pitched up.

Depends on the size of the wing but yes, they do flex. I wouldn't reccommend using a larger wing for this reason, but if you're careful with pitch inputs at high speeds it should be fine.

When i use the servos it always rotates the same way, so when it sweeps one goes forwards and one goes backwards, is there any fix?

not 100% sure on that one, make sure you're in the right symmetry mode. Other than that the only fix I can think of is right-clicking the servo and removing it from symmetry, then changing the angle limit to how it should be

How do you bind your servos?

Where that "strut" option come from? I don't have it

    • @zulu1

I'm assuming you're talking about autostrut, you can enable it (along with Rigid Attachment) by checking the "Advanced Tweakables" option in the Gameplay section of Settings.

On larger wing designs the wings tend to "Fold" on themselves at high AoA. Any tips? Autostrut doesnt fix the issue

I would recommend trying regular struts on the bottom of the rotation servo to attach it better to the fuselage and try activating rigid attachment. Other than that I'm not sure how to make it more stable
