- Elden Ring's Platinum Pushed My Limits! In this video, I went for Elden Ring's Platinum Trophy! This is only my 2nd FromSoftware game so it definitely had me raging a bit. The only other FromSoftware game I got the platinum trophy for is Bloodborne, so I'm still new to the soulsborne platinum trophy process. Either way, I hope you enjoyed this video!

You deserve massive praise for your improvement, comparing your Margit footage to your Maliketh footage it's clear you improved a lot in just one playthrough. You went from rolling away from Margit to figuring out you can stand under Maliketh's overheads to hit him. Most people don't even realize strafing and positioning are valid defensive options.

I actually found Eldens Ring’s 100% very enjoyable. I usually don’t achievement hunt but Elden ring kind of came naturally. I’m currently pushing for mgsv and having a very hard time
Bro mgs5 is a respectable plat . Took me 2 months solid 3 to 5 hours a day to achieve the plat and made me go off trophy hunting for a while. Felt like such a chore lol .

Yeah, my only 100% are Bloodborne and Elden Ring, cause both games you almost complete every trophy if you explore the game. It was not like "pick the thousand hidden artifacts in the game"
Elden Ring was my first platinum. I wanted to keep playing even after I finished it, so when I found out the platinum would give me an excuse to do at least 2 more playthroughs I immediately started making a second character.
From someone who’s completed most souls games multiple times, seeing him rage about unfairness was hilarious

The platforming section to get the last ending took me for ever ! That and malenia where the hardest trophies in my opinion. This is easily One of my favourite plats !

I think the Tree Sentinel is my favorite open world boss in the game. Since you see him in the beginning after the tutorial bit, he makes the perfect teacher in the game that tells you that you don't need to fight every enemy you first encounter. It' encourages you to learn you have decisions in this game. If you can't win, just leave and come back stronger. It also teaches not everything you see has to be fought.

When Elden Ring came out I got covid literally like a week after, so I decided to buy it and I spent 10 days indoors doing pretty much nothing but play Elden Ring until I got the platinum. It was a great way to spend isolation, especially as thankfully I wasn't suffering too bad with covid other than just feeling run down!

I feel your pain because I also got this trophy. You have to kill every boss and you have to beat the game 3 times to get plat. You also have to get every legendary item which is also a pain and I was so happy to get this

Love this kind of content. I obtained platium on both ps5 and ps4. When doing second run on ps4 I basically just called mimic tear in each boss fight :)

The lord of blood was insanely hard. I stood outside the boss fight on top of a pillar and shot him with arrows nonstop until he died. It took forever, but he never moved as I didn’t trigger the fight 😂 the weapon he gives you ended up being one of my favs

Congratulations on getting the Platinum! While this isn't the hardest Souls game to platinum, it's definitely not easy either. I wish you actually did streams during this playthrough because I'd love to see your reaction to a bunch of moments, like Radagon's intro, the Erdtree burning and Morgott returning.

For that erdtrees favor +2 you can sneak around the big arena and not aggro the "dragons" until you're most of the way to it. Super helpful!
Also, every Souls game has platforming elements. They're never GOOD, but they're there.

Not only a bad weapon, but a weapon he couldn't use effectively since he didn't have the required levels lmao
I think I know why that dude left you. First, obviously maybe he wanted to completely solo her. Second, there's a hidden mechanic in the game where if you shoot at that boss from a distance the game would punish you by making Malenia do that dance attack. It's a completely intended mechanic that forces players to fight the strongest swordswoman hand to hand and punishes those who try to trivialize her by shooting from afar.
So in other words, although he was making good progress on the boss, you were actively making the boss harder and harder by shooting at her lmao. Maybe that's why he left. That actually made me laugh so hard when I saw it, as soon as you said I shoot at her with a bow I was like "oh hell no!" lol.

@TheF2S You can. You just have to use PsPlus to upload/download your save to get the three endings.
@TheF2S Beating the game a second or third time isn’t harder than what you’ve already done, just time consuming.
That being said I beat the game three times for fun (got the plat in my first playthrough), so I would have gotten the plat anyway
9:00 for the mimic fight you can unequip all your weapons and armour before entering the arena and then re-equip everything after the mimic spawns in.
Why would someone do that

@@nick_ar boss will spawn in with no armour or weapons and will do like 1 damage to you meanwhile also having no defence so you can completely obliterate him/her

This is my absolute favourite game ever, watching a walkthrough (I would recommend fightingcowboy) he helps you get the platinum on the way, but in order so he wouldn’t like speedrun to the next achievement although he takes you to EVERYWHERE if I was doing a blind play though I’d be in mid game rn but I ain’t he’s a sick guy ya’ll should give him a watch if yous play

shes actually very easy as long as you played older souls games, people just say that cause most new souls players started playing elden ring as their first. malenia is lightwork

@@nick_ar the only annoying part is some covenant items you need for platinums. DS2 need 30 sun medals for all miracles trophy, DS3 is pain grind for 30 moon covenant pieces. But still the games are very enjoyable and fun to platinum if you love souls games !!

I'm so glad you're blowing up man, your dedication is truly unbelievable. This line is cheesy as hell, but you really are like an anime protagonist. Insane willpower and determination over god-given skill or talent. I'm pretty dang good at Elden Ring, and have played every Souls-like game I can get my hands on, yet you have the Elden Ring Platinum and I don't. Same with Hollow Knight.
As a side note, have you ever considered doing Nioh 2? It's funny because the platinum isn't hard relative to the game, but Nioh 2 itself is punishing and insanely challenging. It's also an amazing game, and my personal favorite game of all time. So if you're interested, I would highly recommend.

Bro I finally found someone like me who understands my desire to 100% every game in existence!!!! I recently completed the Platinum for Dark Souls 1, 2, 3, Elden Ring, and Sekiro, I’d do Demons Souls and Bloodborne but unfortunately I only have an Xbox. You should play Sekiro, it’s not my favorite but the 100% was so fun to do, I think you’d really enjoy it.

Radahn before they nerfed him was crazy, had to summon the strength of the gods because I challenged him at level 45 but I’d gladly fight him 100 times again
I was being stubborn and not using any summons in my play through cuz I knew I could beat it on my own so seeing you easily kill some bosses I really struggled with cuz of the summons really hurt me 🤣 but great video I recently found your channel and have been non stop watching

I have some questions:
1. How do you have so much time to play games? Do you have a job or go to university or something as well?
2. What type of trophies are your favourites to do? Like the condition/objectives to get a trophy.
3. Do you only care for trophies when playing games? I wonder, if there was no trophy for beating the game and you could get all the trophies by the middle of it, would you bother to finish the rest of the game?
4. If there were no trophies at all for the game would you even bother playing it?
5. Why aren't you interested in DLC trophies?
6. How old are you?
1. I’ve done yt for a living since 2019 so I can stay home and play/work on videos everyday
2. I like difficulty trophies as long as they’re fairly challenging and not cheaply unfair
3. If I’m enjoying the game I’ll continue to play it to the end even if it wasn’t necessary
4. For some games I wouldn’t bother playing them, usually indie titles that I’m not that interested in but most games I’ve been playing recently I would play with/without trophies
5. I don’t care for dlc cause I just like to get platinums. I’ll get dlc for games I really like or if I think the dlc trophies would be fun but other than that I don’t go for them

You have a specific flask tear to use on mohg that cancel his attack, also the mimic boss doesnt drop the summon, maliketh if you finish alexander quest turns into a easy fight
