- GOW Ragnarök's Platinum is Truly Breathtaking! In this video, I went for the platinum trophy on God of War: Ragnarök! This was the final platinum trophy I needed to complete the entire God of War series! I played on the 2nd hardest difficulty and overall, this platinum was a great experience!

I genuinely love how many bosses are packed into this game. Most of the time it’s back to back boss fights but MAN is it hard to put the controller down

There’s not many . Reused bs . This whole game was reskinned bs wtf are you talking about they added nothing new . No meme memorable fight . You fight hiem and Thor 2x you pick berries for 2hrs . They reskinned the sand and snow map they just turned off the snow and use slightly different dogs this game was a lazy waste of time. They just gave more chores to do nothing even serious happened we didn’t even see the wolf fight Thor .
Also how many unique bosses did you fight I count 1 at most. And it’s from a rift . Something you didn’t fight in the first game lmk .

Every time I see Kratos just body Heimdal in that cutscene… actual chills man. This dude goes absolute savage mode on em. And if you’ve experienced the old GOW games it gives you this increased feeling of unease and just “oooooooo that’s not it man.”
A quick tip for this game: Always try to parry. If you miss the parry immediately activate your rage (only works if you block too early). This will trigger a "Rage cancel", which staggers the enemy and your health doesn't go down so it makes the fights much more easier.

Well, I have been cursed by SM to dodge for eternity.
Essentialy, when I want to evade I get a parriable attack but when I want to parry I get an unblockable attack :/

@@Ridct if you are struggling with the beserkers, you could try equipping valour and using it right as the attack hits you for a health boost and temporarily increase your damage
During the Gna fight attempt where she was one shot, you could've pulled out your spear and slammed it. It would've dealt enough damage to kill her.

In my years of gaming, this was the best platinum trophy experience. An amazing game that rewards you for completing everything.

For me the King was way harder than the Valkyrie’s Queen.

Well I made a mistake I did a tracker to see how long it took to do but king took me longer than sigrun but I'm broke from all of the controllers I broke on the journey

Cause of you I’ve decided to get my first platinum on the PS5 with this game and i told myself to get it before you post your platinum video. Thru all the long hours and many retries this experience was well worth it, now I understand the excitement when going for platinums, can’t wait to start another one🏆 keep up the grind!

I managed to get this platinum a week after the game came out without a guide, one of the platinums I'm most proud of in my collection. Also love this game so much; glad to see you get the platinum too

Well it’s stupid easy this game is catered to CAutisic Minus the c drop the difficulty it didn’t force you to do GMGOW. You would still be there. One who like doing chores in games

I just platinumed this game and I truly loved it. What I found very nice is that they had extensive accessibility features. I played the Berserkers and Gna on "Give Me a Story" with the Miniboss Checkpoints enabled (i.e. if you get it to half health, you restart the fight with the boss on half health) because I am not that good at combat and don't really seek the challenge, so props to you! I am more of an admirer for the story and the dialogue more than anything else. And this is what makes GoW Ragnarok so good... you can customise it to however you want to play.

I got the platinum the first week of having the game and it was amazing. The story, the gameplay, the art style. It’s breathtaking, I love this game and wish I could play it for the first time again
Man I can relate so much to that feeling of being one hit away from killing Gna, then dying, then convulsing uncontrollably in frustration.

Bro props to you for not lowering the difficulty and sticking to it. Those boss fights were brutal. I raged to hard and had to change the difficulty to normal. I wish I was capable of getting as many plats as you. Epic.

for anyone who wants to have high defense stats, i recommend the steinbjorn armor set maxed as it can provide i believe close to 600 defense. Combine it with max weapons and good enchants you can get hella good strength too

For me all the trophies were pretty easy to get. If you beat the game first, the Berserker King is pretty easy the only challenge for me is the GNA fight. She actually made me try different play styles and really master a specific way of combat. But overall probably one of my favorite games of all time. Truly a master piece.

This was honestly a really easy Platinum trophy. I normally don't even bother with them but I realized I was literally just 3 away from it and went for it. Just needed to finish getting the collectables and relics.

I finished the game few days ago and i got platinum 2 days after that and man.. except for berserk king and valkyrie queen it was so fun for me collecting that trophies 🙂 but whole game experience, the story and everything else.. its true masterpiece 🖤

I'm honestly surprised it was THIS game that gave you the hardest rage moments. I watched your Super Meat Boy and Splasher vids. Those would have been the ones I was sure that you cut the rage scene out, lol. But proud of you for sticking with it, since the challenges in these games aren't the easiest at times! Maybe because this didn’t have to be as hard as it was. With those games, there was no way around the difficulty whereas with this game, I could’ve lowered it anytime but didn’t

Ah this is what I'd been waiting for and did not disappoint. Fair play doing it all on show me no mercy! I did mine on give me a balanced experience. When I got the platinum the percentage went from 0.3% to 0.4% I've never had that happen for me before so it was pretty cool. The berserkers were hard to fight but the king was nails and i had a harder time with him than Gna. Im not ashamed to admit it but I had to drop it to show me mercy for the berserker King, I actually pulled to ligaments in my hand beating him lol. Can't wait to see the next one nick!

Also, don’t beat yourself up about raging over the berserkers and Queen Gná. I understand that frustration. I raged so much myself and I lost track of how many resurrection stones I burned through.

For me , it took 43 hours in-game to beat everything and get the Platinum...
It felt like the Platinum was alot easier to obtain than the 2018 game.
For me it was exactly 45h, but I also dicked around a bit and got lost in Vanaheim like 18 times trying to find collectibles.

Been waiting for this one, I’m 62% of the way thru to the platinum and I’m having a blast. the beserkers make me want to throw my controller however.
Good job! I've got platinum like two weeks ago, on the same difficulty level :P Although, I've tried to clear map before finishing main plot so Thor and Odin bossfights went much easier for me. It's amazing however how I've to change my style of fightning when I've reached Gna and Berserkers King :D
Seeing you rage on the berserkers makes me happy that I had a superior revive stone on my at all times

Another banger and There is a thing on in options that you could turn on which gives you a checkpoint on beserkers and on the gna fights when you got them up to half health and it would have made the mini bosses way easier. It’s called mini-boss checkpoints
