Love these guys. Their album "Cycle of Suffering" was one of my favorite releases of 2020.

This singer and guitarist has also been the guitarist for Architects since 2017. Monster guiyar player and awesome guy. This band has unlimited riffs, they never disappoint with the riffage and solos.
I just bought their discography, and boy have I been missing out. Their discog has been getting me through this tough week so far.

I dunno if you’ll ever see this lonely comment but your channel was my first intro to TH-cam reaction videos 2-3 years ago. I’ve been begging you to check these guys out since day 1. They don’t have a bad song.
I don’t get Patreon privileges because I work too hard for my $ and you can’t have any of it, lol.
Regardless…it warms my heart to see that Sylosis has found their way into your reality and your reality will be better because of it.
Hands down my favorite band and a criminally underrated group of musicians.
Last thing I’ll say is that they recorded this particular video as a “concert” when the “pandemic” first hit. So they had to act like there was a crowd when there wasn’t.
I’ve been on stage plenty of times. Without the energetic feedback, it’s not the same. They’re musicians…not actors.

Nothing more disappointing when it comes to metal music when the music starts off great and then you hear the vocals sound like that. Love the music but vocals sound like many other death metal bands.

@@killerbean5343 Not a big fan of that type of vocals. Once in a while I don't mind it. The music itself on this one is pretty good.
@@andrewbrorherton6898 the original vocalist was much better but they sacked him. I'm not keen on the band as much since he left as like you said the vocals are generic.
I don’t think they sacked him. He sacked himself out. Current vocal situation wasn’t something Josh wanted to do but he wanted to keep playing.
The important thing is the meaning…even if you don’t like the sound, the actual words are still Sylosis.
I say good on him for being able to still be a riff master and have to sing.
I couldn’t do it. I can do both separately but not simultaneously, lol.
