As I watch this video and look back on 2020 "I tell myself that I am not afraid"~Piglet. I look forward to many more amazing comedic video game analysis' into 2021 and beyond, they really shined a glimmer of light to help guide me through this horrific year. Thanks faux :)
Thanks for this video! I grew up with Tigger's Honey Hunt and I think that it still looks very visually pleasing today. And I love that the levels are fully modelled unlike 2D platformers like New Super Mario Bros. that just use 2D/flat graphics for the tiles. The levels in THH really come to life thanks to them being 3D. I really wish there was a sequel since there really aren't enough levels and I think the game had more potential in that aspect. Also too bad that its developer Doki Denki isn't around anymore.
I'd be super into seeing any kind of new Pooh game for consoles! It has such a timeless art style it would look good on anything from the PS5 to the Switch.
Yeah, I remember renting the game from Blockbuster and being REALLY freaked out when the first Heffalump showed up. I wasn't joking when I said it was Baby's First Horror Game!
I stumbled upon this vid looking for what I would discover to be the rumbly tumbly adventure, back when my McDonald's had a play place we had an arcade style machine of RTA, as well as sonic heroes and Mario party, the enemies in RTA terrified me as a little kid
LOL that's me attempting to impersonate Rumbly Tumbly's narrator, which happened to be the late, great David Ogden Stiers (Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast)!
@@FauxRetro I'm pretty sure it was the Tigger game. I remember also thinking it was weird there were no voices to listen to 😂 we never stayed at McDonald's long enough for me to get past level 2
I grew up with Winnie the Pooh's Rumbly Tumbly Adventure. As a kid, that game is actually magical, and atmospherically it's incredible. You have to understand how much being able to explore the hundred acre wood actually means to a little kid who loves Winnie the Pooh. Sorry but I think maybe your expectations were too high for that one; most kids or Winnie the Pooh fans really aren't going to mind the more underwhelming location. It's a fine game, I get you're probably doing the youtuber thing and playing up how bad you think it is but it really doesn't deserve the be lambasted so badly. Also, there was a Gameboy Colour game called "Pooh and Tigger's Honey Safari" which is actually a better platformer than Honey Hunt is.
Me: *leans into mic, puffing air right into it* POOH.

Tigger's honey hunt was SO FUN
YES! I was really happy it held up - played it A LOT as a kid!
@@FauxRetro Me too, but in Dutch!
I had all these games as a kid. Tigger´s honey's adventure I had on pc and the other two I had on my gameboy color and it's just so much nostalgia
Perfect way to wrap up 2020! Looking forward to more videos and streams and good times with the faux crew at some point!
I’d love to see a fully remastered version of Piglet’s big game. Imagine the visuals of THAT! (And yes, I want added content and stuff)

I keep coming back to this video whenever I need some comforting entertainment !!!! Thank you so sincerely much I love this video🖤
I got this game as a bday gift when I was 4. I was scared shitless but piglets big game is my definition of a hidden gem

@@FauxRetro I still show it off to friends today and the ones who never played it are genuinely shocked at the atmosphere lol

Piglet's face...Lol. Great vid!
Need more Faux Retro Narrator videos! I couldn't stop laughing!

i Like Pooh's Rumbly Tumbly Adventure!!!
thanks for mentioning the KH pooh games xD was looking forward to that!
Did you know that Piglet's Big Game has a PC version, which is entirely different? The PC game is point and click and it'd much much shorter

You Can Play As Pooh Piglet Tigger And Eeyore!!!
I think if they mix a platformer with Animal-Crossing, may be fun for a new game!
An Animal Crossing like game could be pretty cool!
Did anyone else have a McDonalds that had a Winnie the Pooh game kiosk? Just me? Oh. Okay.
What!? I've never heard of that actually! Do you remember what games were included on it? All I remember was when McDonalds had N64 game stations.
