I love this episode ladies! I enjoy all your episodes but this one in particular just reminds me how our lives are meant to be embraced and shared. I love the way you share @melodycchang! It's the candid energy and real time reactions that is so captivating and it really helps me embrace my own state of feeling, however uncomfortable or ridiculous because you set this admirable example of how normal and relatable it is! I've been trying to climb out of a rut for the last few years. Even when I thought I made it out, I was at a low..😅 I'm waiting for my glow up at 35, divorced, with 2 kids
I had to look up the term but for the life of me, I can't imagine any of the three ladies ever be non-glowing at any age or phase, unless they had a really crushing day professionally, emotionally, physically that they weren't at their opinion their 'best' day. Everyone has a 'off' day, but for any number of reasons, but from what I've seen on the shows, each one coming to talk is always 'glowing'. It's their personalities and they could have run a marathon, have a day long yoga retreat, travel 10+ hrs economy flight but I'd image they would still be glowing. Keep being you and your fans will be enjoying your conversations. Mahalo.
I feel that I’m in a glow up era. I’m recently pregnant with my first in my 30s and while I’m still figuring out the ins and outs of my personality and everything that makes me, me, I feel like I finally have a good grasp of what will make me feel content in life and how I can be proud to be myself. Less people pleasing and caring about what others may want or think and more focusing on how I feel and what I want/need to be my best self for myself and for those around me.
I love your podcast, but these past episodes have way too many ads.
