How can teachers of primary aged students use this information ?? Especially if the district I work in is not on board for what ever reasoning- ignorance to this model , unwillingness to see these needs and just adding loads of responsibilities to full classrooms with very minimal supports. The state of NC specifically Gaston County has very little help in the classroom for students with these issues that are discussed here. I’m a 20 year teacher in tears this weekend at the struggles of trying to manage, help, support the 4 AU Students and other low students in my classroom. I have 14 very below students who require many modifications and accommodations with very very little help.
