First start after installing a rocket exhaust

Not really mate that was its old 23cc engine. It now has a 30.5cc in it

Ay 1 where u bought this 2 can it fit on a 26 cc without any power loss?..

They're pretty much the same, as for power loss, minimal. I don't recommend changing it out if you're racing, for that you need engineer back parts. For fun, go for it

Is it much quieter than the stock exhaust?

Depends what the stock exhaust is, I don't recommend getting one of these exhausts though get a clone ddm exhaust if you're on a budget but they are way louder than stock
