I still can't believe how much success I've had so far on Slim on Starch and the incredible support of Emmie and my minset coach and nutritionist coach. Such a wonderful program. This is some of the best and quickest success I've ever had on a plan. NO COUNTING CALORIES on this plan. Halleluah! Seriously could not do that or do the macro thing in past eating plans. . I love this. Just eat from the food groups Emmie tells you and how your plate needs to be for you for your weight loss success. It really is simple and I love it. You got this! Anyone who wants to try this and think they could do it. DO IT! :) You won't regret it.

@@kimberlybell7855 Being vegan has been awesome! I have more energy...lost 10lbs already. Today was the first day of trying the Starch Solution. Began reading it last night, bought the staples..and I have to say..I haven't been hungry all day. One meal so far and no hunger, but I will be eating dinner soon. I'm hoping to not only lose more weight, but to get my cholesterol numbers down even lower. I'd love to be able to manage my other post menopausal symptoms, as well.

This is amazing, and Mummy is so eloquent. Jen will be 55 this year and is post-menopause, and the struggle is real BUT this lifestyle offers so much amelioration and levity! :)

I eat oatmeal w/almond milk and was thinking it was too heavy, so I’m switching to water now!!! Love to see what I eat in a day videos/prep, etc. sooooo helpful!
Thank you "Mommie" Emmie for being willing to admit your mistakes, the same ones I have been making too. Now I know how to adjust what I'm eating and hopefully, I'll see some good results as you did.
I cannot eat that many calories. My bowl of oats is 1/4 c oats with 2 T flax seeds plus pumpkin, water, and berries. I sometimes put a drizzle of soy milk on top, sometimes not. However, I eat oats at night, because they make me sleepy. I like walking and yoga-ing before preparing my breakfast, which is usually a big pan of stir-steamed veggies over a small chickpea omelet. I eat similar to your mom but with smaller portions of starch, larger portions of veggies. I'm under 5 ft tall, so my calorie requirements are less than my appetite requirements. I hated veggies when I went plant-based but love them all now.
