The Solos I've been on are great but I know that will certainly not be the case elsewhere. I still think Solos are far better compared to the old Mercedes 709Ds from back in the 90s.
im about to purchase one of these to convert to a motorhome am i making a mistake? watching through your vids to get an idea of how to work on busses great content.
@@Mancbuses thanks for your quick reply. ive been looking at all sorts but i really like the low floor with maximum internal space minimum external size and i can drive my honda grom strait in! the one im looking at is a 2006 7.3m long.. thats not much longer than my current sprinter plus its actually slightly lower in hight but with a huge amount more space inside. its direct from council and has a completely clean mot history and been re-registered as PLG vehicle! any suggestions on something with similar form factor but more reliable? or if i do go look at this bus anything to look out for? air pressure at idle seems fine engine sounds ok to me he says its all working but ive not been to see it yet!
Sounds like a tricky bugger to work with the Solo. Sounds good and healthy though.
@Mancbuses. Take it along the motorway on a run.
