- Hey tea people! It's time for a Yogi Tea review. This time I'm sipping on their Green Tea Kombucha. I believe this is the first tea bag blend I've had with kombucha. Very interesting. Water temperature: 180F
Water volume: 10 ounces

I currently have the blueberry and it’s good I add cayenne pepper and raw cinnamon honey. It’s so good and my energy level is through my the roof.
Nice review. Yogi’s Throat Coat is my favorite for when I’m sick.

Yogi teas are the best. Is it best not to drink this before bed?
Yogi does indeed have some great teas. This tea blend is good but I wouldn’t suggest drinking it before bed because it has caffeine. Caffeine naturally occurs in tea but it can keep you awake thus delaying you falling asleep and/or disrupt your sleep throughout the night.

Hey there, thanks for watching and commenting. That’s a good question. I was unsure of the answer to it so I asked Yogi Tea and here’s their response;
For the kombucha ingredient in our Green Tea Kombucha tea, a live kombucha culture is used to create a kombucha, black tea and water infusion. The kombucha starter is added to the black tea infusion and a fermentation process begins. After fermentation, the water from this mixture is subsequently removed by a spray dry pasteurization process. The alcohol from the kombucha infusion dissipates in this spray dry pasteurization process; however, we do not test for residual alcohol in our teas.

It definitely can be challenging! When I initially record a review it's usually 5-8 minutes so I end up doing a good deal of editing to trim it down haha.

Green tea is always healthier I believe. Many more healthier benefits in my opinion
