Garmagaram Aaloo ka Parantha | Perfect Aloo Paratha | Punjabi style Aloo Paratha

- Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes: 2-3 medium-sized
Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
Cilantro (Coriander Leaves): 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Green Chilies: 1-2, finely chopped
Carom Seeds (Ajwain): 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: To taste
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur): 1/2 teaspoon
Wheat Flour Dough: Enough for 4-5 parathas
Ghee: For cooking the parathas
Take boiled potatoes and add onions, cilantro, green chilies, carom seeds (ajwain), red chili powder, salt, and dry mango powder (amchur).
Mix everything well and mash it together.
Now, take a small ball of dough, flatten it, and stuff it with the potato mixture.
Seal the edges and roll it out into a flatbread (paratha).
Cook it on a griddle with some ghee until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
