Thank you for not dumbing it down. Most tutorials explain by explaining how the guitar works; this just tells you pretty much how to play it with an understanding you know the instrument.

No wonder that you have 800k subscribers. Not only can you play but you have pipes too. I just learned this song but can't do bar chords due to a dislocated thumb so, I use Bm7. What kind of guitar is that?
