The structure you explain is 100% important for anyone starting to play or playing, the snare falls on the 2nd and 4th count and the downstrumm is right in his place. Any folk/country song will sound good, and it's a very good tool to figure out new songs. Good instructive lesson!!
I enjoyed this lesson, I usually watch guitar lessons, and perhaps they are to complicated or boring for my brain stop watching half way through, but I watched and enjoyed all this lesson.
Great video, I'm just curious if I use the D major and A7 for the main chords, can I use the same walk ups and walk downs as you posted or would it require to different walks, hope you understand the question thanks
At about 17:25 he shows an easier version of playing the bridge (solo?), but there needs to be another person or machine playing the rhythm. I wonder if he has a way to play this bridge while also keeping the rhythm going, so that a person can play it alone.
