If you install the ROM it will solve this problem just make sure you have the same model in the video
What does this "operation" do exactly? My tablet came with Android KitKat 4.4.4, but I can't upgrade to at least Android 5 because apparently it's locked in this OS... does this maneuver unlock it or what? I'm good at PC and laptop software, but with tablets and phones? Yeah, I'm no good with those... also the person I contacted from Samsung said that there was nothing to do about that and told me that I couldn't get a newer version because it could damage the device, which I found ridiculous because this one has a pretty good configuration and I saw a few others that had "weaker" config. but with a more actual OS... sooo.. yeah.

@@m0t0b33 If your tablet came with Android 4.4.4. its an old version of the tablet named SM-T560 there is no official update for it so the only option you have is to install a custom rom. There is a newer version of the tablet that has Android 7.1.0 Nougat pre-installed that is called SM-T560NU it has an official 7.1.0 Nougat rom by Samsung.
@@malihadi6942 how much RAM is that taking up? The disclaimers I see in every video are making me a bit uncomfortable, not to mention the lack of extra info about the backup, the usage of the microSD (will it still be able to be used as removable memory or will it be only recognized as extended internal memory from then on..?) etc. I did try to flash the custom rom on the tablet, but it didn't work because the device rejected it and called it incompatible, so after that I spent the better part of the day bringing it back to factory settings and manually reinstalling EVERY app I had that still works. New stuff sucks.

@@TechN3D hey i have a problem. after I finish the procedue and then turn on the tablet nothing changes. In your video you have to reset everything again (Timezone, account, ecc.) while in my case I just unlock the screen and my usual homepage with all my apps shows up.

sorry mate, the problem was the cable not correctely working. after have changing the connection cable the installation work properly.
everything seems to be installed correctely. the tablet after have been updated, auto reboot but nothing happened,.
still have the same version 4.4.4 and still youtube does not work, neither can be updated. may you please help me ?

The latest official ROM you can install on your device is android 4.4.4 but if you need newest android version you can install custom ROM but it is not stable

@@TechN3D hi sir, someone i sent the video too has the same problem, on Odin you get a few steps like "checking MD5" then you can see "leaving CS" and on your video we can see "Added !!!" Right after.
But here we can't see the "Added !!!" Nor the COM port on which the tablet is, any idea ? ;)
@@TechN3D NVM seems like it was the cable, maybe a data wire is dead, but i'm suspecting something hardware is dead.
Anyways thanks a lot for the video, Samsung tablets often break so pretty damn useful ;)
