My landlord doesn’t live at the house, his mom lives upstairs. She only speaks Mandarin so this has helped a lot since I only see her when I’m in the kitchen making food. I now know when she’s talking about oil, and how to say thank you
As someone who loves language, this is one of the best shows to come out since the channel changed directions. I want to hear someone teach recipes in more languages. Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia could use some love...
