    rich cleaning 360 with a time cap right after a thruster workout and fraser htting 380 to win... froning can still compete individual no problem

    When people are sitting down trying to come up with stuff to do in crossfit is their first thought "Lets make this shit as weird as possible?" Its like a totally different dimension or something

    Am I wrong, but did Mayhem only do 8 of the last 9 thrusters?

      NoleNOhio they did 9.. Start to count from 41:44 to 41:53 for 5 and from 42:03 to 42:08 for 4

    Can you have a team with 4 men or do you have to have 2 women and 2 men?

      They can get tested at any time. Even after competition. If they test positive any money they have won has to be returned and titles stripped.

    Wait, so they can add a dip for momentum before they Jerk? That’s not even a legit Clean & Jerk.

      Beard under a Barbell. I have always seen people dip before the jerk.
      “The jerk begins from the ‘front rack’ position, which is the finishing position of the clean. The lifter dips a few inches by bending the knees, keeping the back vertical, and then explosively extends the knees, propelling the barbell upward off the shoulders, and then quickly dropping underneath the bar by pushing upward with the arms and splitting the legs into a lunge position, one forward and one back. The bar is received overhead on straight arms, and, once stable, the lifter recovers from the split position, bringing the feet back into the same plane as the rest of the body.”

      The dip is part of the jerk... Or do you mean people were double bouncing? I didn't notice any double bouncing but I was only really watching a few people.
