Great video Olly ☺️ the hole time the JCB was sitting in the background looking sad like it's been replaced 😂
Love your vids olly I watch them all the time
Doing my CPCS course soon and have been watching loads these.
Great work 👍
We have that kramer and the features on it such as the boom in when putting it down, the “pallet” mode, the shake mode and the tip function we hardly use it’s just easy to do it manually you have more control over it
I work at Kramer and iam really proud evry time i watch Videos like that
Looks nice and I went camping back in July and I think the farm had something like that
The best is an 80 by 90 /3 by 3 four stringer easy to move each flake by hand ,for bedding and feeding into a rakes
Very nice machine olly good video
I was just waiting for you to release the video
Awesome review
Kramer is owned by waker neuson group in Austria, they built the claas scorpion along with the cat agri telehandler and also the new Massey Ferguson telehandler is based around the Kramer
Good video Olly 👍🏻
A good use for the storage on the back is to put some heavy chains in there to keep the back down
Very nice , never knew that kramers we’re that nice
One of my freinds has a small kraemer kl30.8t and it's a really good loader but quite unstable on the pit
Love your channel
Are you buying it because I had that and it and never broke you will love it
What size bale is the best all depends on your operation. The layout of your stables/barnes and the way you have to handle them. If i look at the bales you stacked in your barn in this vid, the size is right. With the more normal size of 240/250cm x120cm x 90cm (LxWxH) you could'nt fit as much tons as you do now (well as far as i can see from the video of course).
We use about a 240/250x120x90-bale per day (we have about 50 to 60 horses indoors in the winter), an averege since we only muck out once a week for the sport horses or once every other week for the young horses. This summer our straw supplier baled ehm in 220/230x120x70, so we'll see how that works, they look like they have a decent amount of straw in em. I handle them by tractor with an old forklift-lift on the 3-point with spikes. And we put em on an electric wagon to put it in the stables. Round bales wouldn't work in our situation.
For feeding we use hay wrapped in bales with the size 160x120x70, again we put em on a cart so a round bale wouldn't work as well. Also since we bale around 500/550 bales, you can stack em more compact compared to round bales. Well, at least that's my view on this :D.
The only downside is that the pressing and wrapping of square bales is a bit more expensive over round bales I believe. But at around 17,50 per bale for the baling, wrapping and stacking them in our yard, it's not too bad i think.
just my 2 cents ;),
Cheers
I love your farm
For horses, we use 6 stringed square bales. Although we do wrap them into haylage
❤
Nice machine
in WW2 the tanks where over engineered
and did you ever herd about Steyr ?:)
Love video
went past you when you were filling up your rs today at hales petrol station 😂nice shiny rs you have
Hi olly great vids when is the Polaris mule thing coming
Use combentional for horses tjere always the most practical
Have you tried the bob cat telehandler yet we had a Kramer on demo but the smaller one the lil bugger couldn’t half shove in the muck
Id say full size hestons depending on the size of your stable as 1 part covers the whole stable for us
We have Small conventional bales for hay but then we also have quadrant for straw
a 3x3 square bale would be good as it is easy to remove flakes and can pack a lot of slabs into one bale
Is that pallet fork mode just self leveling which is standard on most loaders is it not?? Thanks for the video
How does the Kramer compare to the Deci you had earlier?
You are great
hi olly how is your week and your day going
My sister has two horses which I help with and we use Heston for hay bales and conventional bales for straw but mught be going for Heston bales for both
Best teleporter ever built handsdown
hi oli we have a kramer 276 on are farm aswell
Hy oilly your video is good
Wish John Deere would do the same thing Claas did and have a 50/50 design input into these machines. The cab looks messy to me and I don't think the joystick layout is logical either but if JD collaborated on this it could be the perfect machine. The extra features like pallet and automatic shaking modes just seem gimmicky IMO and any proper operator will want full control of the machine, obviously you don't have to use them but they all add to the price. A big thing for me is how well air conditioned the cab is also, older machines never seem to achieve a good air flow or ability to maintain temperature. If I were buying one tomorrow though it'd be between this and the new JCBs
Looks a nice machine like for like to JCB what the price difference Olly
Is there a drink holder tho 😂
Everybody like the video please get it up to 1000k please and your videos and keep it up
What about a 4 string quadrant bale for the horses?
Hi Olly my dad uses a 80 by 90
Graet test
How many acres of land are you caltivated?
Hi olly do a farm tour
easy bale baron straw packs 21 bales in a pack and can be handled with a bale spike or grab but can be handled easily by the horse peopkle we bale and sell over 2000 acres of straw and hay/haylage for horses with 2 massey 1840 inlines and baron 4240's
nah bale bandit is better than baron
@@6skip838bandits are death traps which make the job so much harder than it needs to be, like why do the bales have to be lifted up and over the plunger, the packs use those stupid metal bands rather than big baler string, you cant just throw them away and you cant retie a pack either, the lorry drivers used to hate them as well cos if your not careful the bands could cut the bloody straps on the trailer, hopeless machines, i should no being a warwickshire farmer so everyone is using barons for small bales
People in my opinion really don't give the new claas scorpions a good enough look, the kramer cab is soo clostraphobic, and the new liebherr scorpions share a lot of the components found in this machine as the kramer machine was 50% claas designed, and so is the new liebherr one.
We looked! We are planning on buying one
the new claas liebherr machines and just horrible and complicatred sorry :/
How much does it cost to demo?
Quadrant bales olly
Hi bro

200KG bales are what I personally find the best for horses
