There could be 3 culprits to this issue. I replaced the cheaper parts backward before buying the $250 part.
The part being replaced in this video is
Vacuum Control Valve 11-74-1-742-711
What was replaced before this video was the
Check Valve 11-61-1-312-737
Still have the same code, so I guess the only thing left is to change out the
Secondary Air Injection Pump 11-72-1-433-958
