Are there companies that bundle a roof replacement?

Does not add a dime to cost of a house or how fast you sell it

Title is totally misleading. Not one "dark side of financing" mentioned. It was all positive. Why are roofers so against solar? You'd think it would be a great opportunity to expand your business, or partner with a legitimate solar installation company.

Love this channel I am a roofer and I don’t 100 percent agree of bolting solar through your new roof and making the solar panels is not the greenest way which is my problem

The problem with being "off the grid" is that you're no longer contributing towards the maintenance of the grid and the local infrastructure required to interface with the grid. But you still need and benefit from the grid and the local infrastructure that connects you to the grid because you really can't be without it. Not a brilliant insight on my part -- this is a widely recognized issue. It's just that it's often overlooked in these sorts of discussions. If you're building a cabin in the woods, that's different. But if you're in a community, as the vast majority of people are, then it becomes a shared responsibility regardless of how great your solar installation is.
