    do u have a split workout? I mean are you doing legs and cardio only or u do arms or back as well? I haven't been to the gym in 3 months and i want to get back to working out but i think i need to change my routine a little because the last months i was going i was getting super tired on leg days and i slowly lost my motivation :/

      My splits differ every week depending on my schedule or how I feel but atm I try to aim to train 4-5 days a week. Always 2 leg days and 2 cardio/full body days, 1 back day. I would say sleep, rest and diet especially play such an important part in your energy and performance at gym too, so maybe you could look into these factors too x

    you're so pretty i'm from london as well i really wanna start going gym again but i'm so weak i wanna grow my glutes so bad and tone up like i really like how your glutes look i want mine to look more like that sorry( if this is innaporpriate)

      No don’t be sorry at all!! You need to stay consistent and have lots of food! I actually made some videos on what I eat ina day in my next video too so I hope that will help xx
