Was wondering the same. Although as a home baker, I like to keep fit and not overindulge. A lot of bakers/cooks/chefs are fit nowadays. And many aren't.
More like an optimized pneumatic exercise machine. They used to be more popular in the early 80’s when all sorts of “inventors” came out with new and various exercise equipment and methods.
Yes, you can't use momentum like you can with weights, etc. Even when you're not trying to, your velocity when lifting isn't constant, so you get "micro rests". Here your muscles are on all the time
Exactly what I was thinking 😂 the guy with the glasses is full of shit. “There are studies to show this builds a lot of muscle” while talking about lactic acid buildup and blood flow restriction and having him train multiple muscles at once, all of which will just prevent you from building any muscle. Most likely if those studies even exist they were performed on people who haven’t touched a weight in their lives and would gain muscle from going up a steep staircase
Hey Will, great videos as always. In the last 2 years I went from 180kg to 83kg and am now working on building muscle and your videos are a huge help and fun to watch.
I've had the thought that like, an adaptive weight that could always make you max out your effort but changing how much your pushing/pulling would be cool, and they did it! Real neat to see, great vid.
Their entire gimmick is you only do these once a week to save time. Just look at the guy running the place, that's your results. It's a really expensive way to do the minimum amount of cardio and weight management if you're already healthy.
Thanks Will for getting me through this crazy day, when the in laws have decided to spring a surprise on us and have informed us that they are stopping for Christmas 😢😢
It's okay man, my in laws are coming new years day and staying a month. They are beyond fucking annoying and literally move places twice a year. Absolutely no financial or personal responsibility they account for aside from "being in the military" before is why they act so careless about their own lives.
I wondered a couple of years back if someone could make a machine what would make constant adjustments to resistance applied to it.. looks like someone perfected it. Impressive.
That arx machine is actually pretty cool. You´re working with the optimal resistance, going to failure not just on every set, but on every single rep. And on the negatives too. And on compound moves like bench, row, leg press. Basically a drop set on steroids. Intense AF, but you´d probably still need to do it more than 10 minutes a week.
Thanks for this video it inspires me even more to go harder into researching the limits of the body and how to break through those limits in a healthy way❤
The Bio Charger is def bs but that one resistance machine is pretty interesting. Probably costs an arm and a leg tho plus not everyone would benefit from the whole "workout out for 12 minutes and you're done". I remember back when I still went religiously to the gym in university. It was always fun and you'd meet all kinds of people. You can't maintain that aspect by cutting your workout down to just a couple minutes.
It’s unreal how funny I find Will. Like yeah sure everyone says he’s funny, but I crack up and the phone hits my face in bed way too many times in under 5 minutes. God.
In high school we used towels to lift with a partner for hamstrings, bicep curls, tricep extensions….. and this is basically an imitation of that, but on an extreme level….. because ya know, science.
i think if the cycling had a more immersive experience with a vr headset or something itd b better like just imagining something coming after u is a lot less scary
1:34 the Neanderthal jogged...to catch up or draw closer to prey. Once close enough then he sprinted. Apart from that and the sabertooth tiger though, I suppose he walked. There's an evolutionary reason why humans are so good at walking/jogging long distances...creating distance between a neighbouring tribe, once out immediate of danger for instance...Or creating distance from natural disasters such as fire, flood, etc, again once immediate danger passed. Humans are naturally more predisposed to endurance than all our speed, otherwise we'd be faster than Cheetahs. Turns out the in-between is actually what we're best at. Does fighting for your life burn more calories and increase fitness? Sure...but it's not what we're best suited for from an evolutionary perspective. Also peak cardiovascular fitness and high muscle mass are generally mutually exclusive...just Saiyan.
if i had a lot of money i would be in the biohack facility all day. i would feel like a superhuman from the future with liquid cooling on my neck and recovering in a room with a big tesla coil
It's always suspicious when the chef looks as though he doesn't like his own food.
Was wondering the same. Although as a home baker, I like to keep fit and not overindulge. A lot of bakers/cooks/chefs are fit nowadays. And many aren't.
Life is short, so biohack it... or not?
the time under tension from that one machine is insane. its like the ultimately optimized resistance bands.
time under tension is not a key factor. mechanical tension is.
@@liftingdawg What do you think time under tension is.
More like an optimized pneumatic exercise machine. They used to be more popular in the early 80’s when all sorts of “inventors” came out with new and various exercise equipment and methods.
@@mikehawk6918what r u even asking?

You have to respect Will for always being open-minded or at least respectful, to total bullshit garbage that is borderline insulting.
The only thing here that is mostly a pseudoscience is the electric recharge station or w/e, everything else is completely legitimate.
Exactly what I was thinking 😂 the guy with the glasses is full of shit. “There are studies to show this builds a lot of muscle” while talking about lactic acid buildup and blood flow restriction and having him train multiple muscles at once, all of which will just prevent you from building any muscle. Do we really have to respect what is basically an ad for conman bullshit ? Not even 3 minutes in and it's already unbearable
I think the machine in the 2nd lab could actually not be complete bs, the other lab seemed sussy af tho.
The guy is such a pencilneck@@hughhagen4968
Man i actually want to try that full body workout resistance machine so badly. I feel like that would be a lot of fun.
Same men i would love to know if it actually is effective XD
surprisingly it's only 10K
Me too. I wanna go there.
I read its 50k@@sinatraforeign
@Manic_Attack I can't link stuff on TH-cam comment but search Peak Performance Machine on Google
Just remember guys, a good physique doesn’t come from throwing money at supplements or fancy equipment.
THIS thank you for having a brain
Comes from hard work n dedication babyyyyyy
Least there are some people out there that still have a brain! Thank yooou!!!
What about steroids
Exactly. Throw your money at peds
The monkey sounds during the bike session made me cackle maniacally
Hey Will, great videos as always. In the last 2 years I went from 180kg to 83kg and am now working on building muscle and your videos are a huge help and fun to watch.
Damn man. Your a real g for that
Outstanding! Congratulations. Stay on the path and live a long healthy life. - Cheers
I've had the thought that like, an adaptive weight that could always make you max out your effort but changing how much your pushing/pulling would be cool, and they did it! Real neat to see, great vid.
Can tonal do that?
this was so interesting to watch Will! I love how you're always introducing us to new things in the fitness world
My bullshit detector is going off
Will you should do a follow up video on how you feel after this. Or do it for a week and see if you have results!!
Their entire gimmick is you only do these once a week to save time. Just look at the guy running the place, that's your results. It's a really expensive way to do the minimum amount of cardio and weight management if you're already healthy.
It does not work, else you would see many rich folks jacked.
Remember guys, if it sounds too good to be true… it probably is. Also, there aren’t any short cuts and if there were everyone would be taking them.
I mean, these "shortcuts" are absurdly expensive. These are toys for the rich. It might works its way down, eventually.
@@asmodeusr1578 if this stuff worked, then the high earning fitness influencers and professional athletes would be doing it. But they’re not
Most of it seemed scammy, or pseudoscientific, but they might have stumbled onto a winner cable machine replacement.
I feel like Will has to be a huge Office fan based on the camera work and the facial expressions.
Thanks Will for getting me through this crazy day, when the in laws have decided to spring a surprise on us and have informed us that they are stopping for Christmas 😢😢

"If I woke up tomorrow with my head sewn into the carpet I wouldn't be more surprised than I am right now."
Yooo they should have that arx machine in every gym. That was the most believable one out of everything shown.
Mike mentzer would've loved this
Will is my inspiration to stay life long natty… keep up the great videos brother!
Mike Mentzer would be in love.
14:30 you really got me there 😂
My sunday wouldn't be the same without your videos Will!
I wondered a couple of years back if someone could make a machine what would make constant adjustments to resistance applied to it.. looks like someone perfected it. Impressive.
That score line from the push & pull machine looks super cool! It kinda "game-ifies" working out.
3x a week probably
Bro that “wait a second” explosion 💥 part killed me 💀🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
OMG-I almost screamed at the “Top 10 quotes a police officer will never say-“ LMAO 13:07
Thanks for this video it inspires me even more to go harder into researching the limits of the body and how to break through those limits in a healthy way❤
haha, the Text written in Donuts at the end killed me haha! xD
Mike mentzer if he ever was a muscle building lab machines.
I shat my pants when the monitor exploded at 14:30 xd
The Halo 2 music around 11:10 is a great touch. Like you're in an ODST drop pod lol
I want to see Will do this training for a month to see the actual results...
11:40 that soundtrack sounds so familiar. Is it from Halo 2??
You do make very entertaining BB vlogs. You deserve the subs you have, well done Will!
This kind of equipment from arx would perfectly fit with the heavy duty program from the legend Mike mentzer 💪🏻
The only thing that seems worth is the ARX strength machine tbh.
Imagine it with really good VR and showing your most fear scene.
I would love to use that constant velocity maximum force system like once every 2 weeks. Looks very cool.
The Bio Charger is def bs but that one resistance machine is pretty interesting. You should make a I took tren for 1 month video
will was so excited for the monkys
Biohacking is HIT 2.0
This is the type of stuff Tom Cruise uses
Hearing Halo 3 music in a gym vid is goated
That resistance machine thing kind of shows how Mike Mentzer's high intensity workout is effective.
The ARX machine is the future of all strength training. Period.
Underrated canadian cop edit
It’s unreal how funny I find Will. Like yeah sure everyone says he’s funny, but I crack up and the phone hits my face in bed way too many times in under 5 minutes. God.
R.I.P Dear Mike Mentzer freaking genius 💪🧠
14:33 I jumped so hard 😂
Such good camera work. Everytime will says a punchline the immediate snap to the guys face to get his reaction is hilarious.
In high school we used towels to lift with a partner for hamstrings, bicep curls, tricep extensions….. and this is basically an imitation of that, but on an extreme level….. because ya know, science.
14:30 😂😂😂🔥
Bro your comment about there being no in between for the neanderthal got me so good lololol
The resistance machine looks like it actually has some merit, the rest like wtf? A bit of HIIT and a pressure pod?
The most entertaining fitness influencer period!!
Hey Will, I've been watching your videos for a couple of years & this is by far The Best One!
Thank you for making this one.
the ARX is cool but near-static loads like that are absolutely brutal on your cardiovascular system and not in a good way
The last maschine is actualy crazy
The halo sound track is too good
I recognized the Halo music at 11:10 immediately. Nice to know Will is a Halo fan
That machine is basically Mike Mentzer‘s wet dream, damn
This is some real Ivan Drago stuff
This just looks like a rich people "trend" same as saying fat makes you fat or crash diets
if you just listen to the audio at 13:00, it sounds like Will is delivering a baby in the hospital
I remember I once used fight or flight when I clocked my fastest 10m split. My best at the time was 1.073 seconds and I ran 0.997.
Will always puts quality content on the table, we eating good fr
i think if the cycling had a more immersive experience with a vr headset or something itd b better like just imagining something coming after u is a lot less scary
If the researcher is not buff as hell it probably does not work as great as he says it does :D
I wanna see powerlifters do the 4th machine
10:29 me who lives at 7700ft elevation thinking that’d be easy
That pressure cockpit is the best way to feel like Master chief!
I peeped that Halo music at 10:42!
I mean, the resistance machine did not seem like bullshit.
Bro was lured into a synesthesia chamber lol
mike mentzer would be hella proud bout his training regiment watching this
the 3rd machine is the captain america pod
That one last workout it's not like 1 set of 8. It's more like 8 sets of 1 rep max with no rest.
Thoroughly entertaining and inspiring.
If all these techs are real, that skinny ass guy should already turned into Captain America, lol
It's like Rocky Balboa's Russian antagonist Drago training
That style of training is very similar to the teachings of Arthur Jones, Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates
This is some dystopian shit

Coolest episode yet
I want this gym next door to me for the rest of my life
idk about everything else, but the machines at the second place seem legit I cant imagine if someone did that every day
"people need electricity", huh?
DUDE GOT A TESLA COIL
I’m pretty sure there are tribes now that show humans would jog for up to 10 km to follow food sources
Wow, the resistance machines are crazy.
Man I wish he talked about all of that at the end more!-
Les go we got gym 2
That AI bike is crazy 💀💀💀 literally using fear of not getting fkg up by a predator as fuel to go all out 😂
that third machine was mentzer’s dream workout
why the doctor won't show the result of it's effectiveness?
5:07 IS THAT YOUR LEGS? DUDE?
12:12 I wanna see this machine beat Brian Shaw
It’s like rocky 4 in Ussr training without used of drugs or super intense training.
The altitude machine looks like Mork’s egg! If you know you know.
10:57 add vr goggles
