So satisfying to watch; thank you for sharing! Could you tell us more about the vest that you have on your mannequin (pattern, yarn, etc.)? It's gorgeous!
Bella, your office is so lovely and calming. Thanks for sharing your stash tidy. I live in a place with those tiny little hungry moths so sadly all my yarn and wool fabric must be protected. So I am jealous of the lovely layout you have. Wonderful for your creative spirit!! ❤
You are so right! Creatives are messy! But, I cannot work when my space is completely chaotic. So it’s a cycle isn’t it? Make it dirty, clean it up… but 1/2 of that is much more fun than the other😂
It feels so good to get your craft space all organized and fresh! I have all of my stash organized into those plastic tubes by color since I have so much fingering weight sock yarns! I knew I had to have a system when I found that I had two skeins of the exact same sock yarn, same color!! I am also afraid of moths, so I am leery to leave it out in the air on shelves in my craft room! I have not taken photos of each skein and entered into Ravelry because I think it would take me forever, but organizing by color has helped me find what I am looking for when starting a new sock.
I know what you mean. I’ve tried other arrangements, but find sorting by color works best for me. Mohair has a bin for itself. If I was to record my stash on Ravelry it would take too much time!
What a great method! I’m sure that is also beautiful to see 😍 luckily I haven’t had an issue with bugs but I have heard of ways you can help it if it does happen for you.
Wow! Amazing reorganization -- it looks beautiful and functional! I just reorganized my craft room a few weeks ago and it felt great. And I've even been motivated to keep it more picked up, too! 😁
It looks wonderful now and so airy. I reorganized my Studio recently and loved the feel of it. But this week I took three of my furniture pieces from there to a new space that will have my work and my Studio is a mess now. I think I will look to purchase new pieces for the space my pieces are at now and bring back my Studio furniture.
It is so satisfying to go through the stash once in a while. I’ve tried different methods but find color to be the best, though the mohair has a bin by itself. I have to do this with my sewing stash also and need to plan a couple of days to do it! Your office/creative room is looking very good now!
I fortunately have not had an issue with moths/other bugs getting into the yarn sitting out. It could be my climate, the fact that I burn incense and diffuse essential oils often, or a mix of factors.
This definietly inspired me too look at my stash and organize. Can I ask where you got your cutting table? I had one from Micheals but it wobbles. Have a great week, thank you for taking us along. All the best, Kimberly

I like to reorganize once a year...you're correct it's VERY satisfying! Enjoy your new space!
I have needed to do this as well. I appreciate your ideas and hopefully I will do some similar things. Thanks so much your Ofc/studio looks wonderful.
A cute & calming video! thank you! the results are amazing!

So glad you enjoy! It is my Velvet Moss Vest pattern that I am currently writing and the testknit call will be coming in September :)
@@HundredAcreWool That's so exciting! I'll keep my eye out for it. ❤
I love seeing all the unspun. It's too hot where I live to use it a ton, but I just love looking at all the pretty plates.
They are definitely pretty on their own I agree!

Appreciate seeing this! I enjoy your standard podcasts but this was a nice change of pace.

I did that exercice in january and it was so rewarding! Of course, I do have to keep my routine and stay focus to list everything new in Ravelry 😊
It’s so nice to have it all organized :)

That sounds like a great system!
I also like and use large glass vases, canisters, fish bowls etc for scraps. Beautiful whether the yarn ever gets used or not!!
I fully agree! ♥️
How do you keep moths out of the displayed yarn ?

I looooove your office. It is really beautiful and you did a really good job💪😎❤️
Thank you so much!!
Well done, it looks good.🎉
Looks great!
Well done 👏👌🏻. Thanks for sharing!
I also love your stash ❤

Wonderful! It is actually a dining table that I got from ikea a couple years ago. It is super heavy and stable - would highly recommend.
@@HundredAcreWool thank you so much!
Very inspiring
You give me hope that there is no such thing as too much yarn!
Where is the storage from please?
Oh my your Nutiden yarn….
😍
It’s my weak spot haha!
