- Wheelies on modified 2006 Polaris Trailblazer 250. (Wolf Pen Gap Mena, AR )
HPD trail pipe and silencer running 150 main jet, high flow airbox mod, uni air filter, oil pump bypass (running 32:1 polaris gold oil premix), and 11/42 sprocket kit with RK XW-Ring chain. MSR handlebars and aftermarket grips.
I actually bought the pipe from Rick at RCR. He is very knowledgeable...give him a call. I followed the included guide that he sent with the pipe...specifies what jet for altitude and temperature. I leave the same jet in but don't run it under 50 degrees, it would be too lean. FYI all that the airbox mod is is pulling out an air limiter in the 'snorkel' part of the airbox. Unbolt the snorkel, then remove the limiter piece, then reinstall snorkel. 3 minute job.

250 may notchave the 400 hard hit but it is also less parts to go bad.
Jets are available a number of places; your local powersports dealer will most likely have them or can order them for $2-3 a piece. Search online for "mikuni jets"
That sounds nasty. Well done.
Dude I have the same model and mines pretty much stock and I can do wheelies! But good job anyways the heavy ass machines!
Main jet. Do you know what a pilot jet is and at what throttle range it controls? (I think it is 0-1/4 throttle. You should look up how to jet a 2-stroke). I don't change the main jet because I don't run it under 50 degrees ambient. Usually not under 60 actually. Rick can give you more info, this is not my main bike anymore.
Chill people he is probably still getting used to it I have an 03' trailblazer and use the grab bar to learn u should try that !!!!
yes I rebuild and clean many carbs pilot jet on these
Ha, thanks. We are older so probably a little bit heavier than you :)....making it harder to get and keep the wheels up!
how many tries at getting main jet right did you have to replace pilot jet and what mods did you do to air box, I am going to run rcr exhaust pipe kit and recommendations
you mean the main or pilot jet is too lean under 50 degrees what do you change it to in the winter which jet
ceep on the gas and you will do good wheely
that's modified, doesn't look like it. I figured he could pull off the wheelies, and keep them up longer. I not trying to be mean but it doesn't look modified to me.
it is mainly exhaust stuff, which isnt really seen, and it also includes jetting so you absolutely cant see it, its a 13yo video so it has bad quality and cant be heard fully so
none of his (MODZ) would increas speed or tork mabey the pipe for a ll tork but i sounds stock and looks stock
You call that a wheelie?
wtf those arent wheelies i have the same exact wheeler just mine is about 5 years older and mine actualy pulls wheelies
Rocket
where did you get the jets at
What is the top speed
I have it regeared for more low end. using 11-42 sprockets. Max speed about 45.
what exhaust is that
