Thank you Melissa for a wonderful tutorial. I'm using this for my 1st fingerless for my great granddaughter. Thank you for your Time and effort and clear instructions.
I was trying to envision this process in my mind and here is this wonderful tutorial! Thank you so much for this ❤ Even though this process seems incredibly tedious, it’s still faster than hand knitting. I can’t wait to give it a try!!! 😊
Melissa....I love your teaching style. For a smaller hand, would you advise to make the thumb hole smaller by catching only two loops in the pink needle and three, instead of four, in the waste yarn section of the thumbhole?
Thank you! Yes, you could definitely play around with the number of stitches for size. You can also decrease the thumbhole with the crochet decreases if you use that method!
I have crocheted fingerless gloves before. My personal experience is that i like to cover my thumb. So, if i do this pattern i would continue crocheting the thumb in the round reducing each row by a stitch or few.
I did this on a 22, so I supposed span it across 22 and sew it up the side. I also removed 3 stitches off the machine for the thumbhole, so take that into consideration as well. 😊
A wonderful and comprhensive tutorial, thank you so much for taking the time and energy to share this, much appreciated
Thank you so much! I'm so happy it was helpful!

Yes, that’s a very good plan!
hello, i want to do this on sentro 48. how many needles should the panel be?

Can you do this on 48 pin
You can, but you would have to knit it in a panel and then sew up the sides.
Scusa ma quanti aghi a
It's the 22 pin machine!
More complicated than I thought it would be.
Sorry to hear that. Is there anything I could try to explain to you?
Thumb hole is way too big! Do only one or two rows flat panel!
Modify to however it suits you! :)
I thought the samething with the thumb hole
