Can you make full sized gloves with this machine?
Yes! Just do a few more rows, cinch at the top. You'll have to knit or crochet the thumb by hand, though.
Cool, can you share a video please? When you get the chance
More complicated than I thought it would be.
Sorry to hear that. Is there anything I could try to explain to you?
❤
This is so gorgeous! Amazing work :-)
Thank you!
Many glass beads have a residue on them from manufacturing them. This tends to dull the glass and flakes off and gets you dirty. Plus the dirt and dust from storage. Washing them makes them sparkle so much better.
Thank you for this explanation! Fascinating!
Thanks for that. Important affirmation to keep in mind
Everything looks so perfect online! It takes time to get there!
I can't believe I've never washed any of my crafting materials before starting!!! I literally clean a can before I open and drink from it for this same reason, but never thought about it for items where I wouldnt be consuming so.ething
That's such a good point! Beads are notoriously filthy! The small ones seem OK, but the big glass ones are covered in grime!
Actually so smart to put it in a sand sifter. I buy most of my beads used, and I would clean each one individually with hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol. 😭 granted i was 16 at the time and had nothing better to do
Aw, the things we do when we're young! The colander made it easy! Only a few fell into the sink, lol
May I know how many ply yarn u use and what type😍
Hi! It’s 4-ply worsted weight! I think it was Impeccable brand
You are very talented!
Thank you!
@ of course!
They looked so satisfying to clean! They are also so pretty!😅❤
It’s so fun! Thank you!
I’m making this next. Thank you so much for sharing this! I would love to learn how to add bodies to the beginner patterns. I’m a beginner but have completed several sets. I hope to learn more modifications for the patterns I already have.
@@RaquelParkerSimone you’re welcome! I hope it makes the project look a little neater! I only have a few Woobles, but I’ll post about them when I can! Keep crocheting; it’ll all come together!
Adorable!
Thank you!
Yes especially to make extra large pieces
You wouldn’t cut and Russian knot it? A lot of those knots snap so easily?! 😅
I thought it was wasteful and monotonous to make the body and a "coat" so I made it once, I made a bottom stuffed it and finished it up looks just the same, I only just made the body once. I didn't see the need in making a body and the coat.
That makes more sense than the pattern’s directions! I guess they included that so people feel they got their money’s worth with a longer project. It wasn’t a favorite for me!
Reading the instructions is the key to success😅😅😅😅
For that, the weight is added, first pass the thread through the middle of the machine and hang the weight ball, now the machine will do the weaving for you, it's not much science, of course.
Your technique Is AMAZING! I have been able to memorize how to do it and it is sooooo perfect! My jigs and jags in my Amigurumi thingies was making me crazy and now the color changes are perfect!!!!!
Thank you for the lovely feedback! I'm so glad the video helped you!

It's the 22 pin machine!
THANK YOU! 🎉😊 From the bottom of my heart (and brain), I appreciate this so so so much!!! It just makes sense!! I am usually counting CONSTANTLY. If I count out loud, I still recount the round to make sure I have the correct amount of total stitches. If I am making a mental note, I have to physically write a tally per set. I have tried placing smaller hooks that I’m not using, straight into my skein like a porcupine, to keep track. I have tried placing stitch markers into the arm of the couch, to keep count. The best tool for me was to keep stitch markers in every round, in case I had to frog the round and count again. Now I don’t have to waste my time recreating and recounting. Your way just MAKES SENSE!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!! 💖💕😊
That’s so wonderful to hear! I’m so happy this was helpful!
What size is this sweater? Also how do we make buttonholes on the front panels. TIA
Thank you.
You're welcome!

So you can’t rib with the machine. You have to manually do it with a crochet hook. I wish people would just say that.
No, you can’t. The machine only works the stitches one way.
Amazon ZC Gel sticky gel pads. 1000 washes. Holds my addi perfectly. Won’t damage anything.
Awesome suggestion!
The bracelet looks really pretty
Thank you!
The blankets are so beautiful!
Thank you!
So it’s like shorthand but for stitches. This is a great idea, I’m gonna try it. Normally I come up with my own mental chants but if I get distracted during, it’s all over 🤣
Yes, that’s a good way of putting it! I know what you mean about being distracted!
Good morning from California 😊I do this too

Love this! If i was working up for an XL or XXL wondering about how any panels and stitches I should do
Thank you! I would do maybe 3; stitch them together and then see if you need another!
@@auntmelissacrafts3 for the back and 2 for the front?
@@Justkeepswimming777 that’s a good option!
This is the only video that makes sense out of numerous creators I watched the last 10 min lol!
Thank you! So glad it was helpful!
You didn’t put the handle on all the way. It will click in place and then it won’t come off. Also, the weight needs to hang down to keep the cord pulling in the right direction.
Thank you! I will try it again 😁
Found you!!! 🎉
Yay! 😁
HOW HAVE PEOPLE NEVER HEARD THIS???
It’s so fun!

CUTE🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖
Thank you!
For people who don’t have experience picking up stitches, you can pick up 3/skip 1, to prevent bunching
Yes! Good advice!
What are you making
Takea longer but i hifhly recommend learning FSC/FDC Foundation stitch in single or double. It has sone stretch which is nice, and jutst looks better in most projects. :) also easier to keep flat/not twisted
Okay hear me out, you know looms? You can essentially use them to keep track to join, looming is hard, you don't have to loom. But if you wanna crochet a ring that big and you don't wanna have to deal with it flipping just wrap it around a loom. SO EASY! I do like to loom but certain projects just look better with crochet.
If you want to do this easier then chain 10 and remove your hook and put the first chain on the hook and then put the loop from chaining back on the hook! It helps keep stitches not twisted!
My hack for this is to crochet the first row before joining the ends so you can more easily tell if it’s twisted. Then use the tail to attach the bottom part of the row where you didn’t join the chains!
That’s a good idea!
Good luck with it! Crocheting is hard. 😅❤
lol! Thank you!
What are you making
I was trying to make a frame for a block of squares. It didn’t go well lol!
@@auntmelissacrafts i wonder why they had you make the frame separately. why not just crochet directly onto the squares? unless you're doing a 3d art piece on a canvas with crochet as your medium?
