I bought this tool unfortunately for me it didn't work

It says 8 in 1. I received 3 red plastic pieces, two screws, one shiny bit and a little black tool. Am I suppose to get another bit. Please help

It is an extractor tool for removing stripped set screws for inside of handles and cartridges and that sort of thing

The level is situated for horizontal use. Removing 99.99% of faucet nut are positioned vertically.

i hate it, i tried to use it on stucked one, and it did hurt my hand palm when i tried to rotate it
