I saw it happen frequently to these 18-20 year olds in a band called Patrimony that my boyfriends old band, 100 Watt Mind, toured with for a summer. It happened to me and the other girls around, even the lead singer of my boyfriends band, a lot, and it was just expected. It happened to these younger men too and it was so uncomfortable, I always tried to help them out of it. One of them especially had a hard time finding a way to get out of these situations. Men aren’t taught how to get away from predatory behavior as adults because no one expects it to happen to them. It brought everyone in both bands a lot tighter together because we all learned to avoid certain people and how to get each other out of things; it helped the men see how women live their lives every day, and it helped us women see how disgusting some women can be towards men (especially the very young ones,) as well. I don't get why people police other people's hair so much. I'm a white woman with hair that's curly dark blonde/light brown naturally. I have dyed my hair blonde, red, brown, and had pink highlights. I have straightened it before and I've used a curling iron to "fix" my curls for special occasions. So why is it such a big deal for someone of a different race to dye their hair lighter or modify it or get extensions/weaves? And she does realize that light hair and eyes can happen naturally (even if it's less common) with a person of any race, right? However, at the end of the day *you* are still the one who said or did something and hurt others, so *you* should take responsibility. It can make people understand why certain things happened, but it should not give you a free pass.

As was stated in the video, there is nothing inherently wrong about age differences but some of the wording she uses (such as "take instructions" implys a power imbalance that is not remotely healthy in a romantic relationship) and paired with her other actions (multiple counts of sexualizing minors) make her relationships very shady at best.

I saw it happen frequently to these 18-20 year olds in a band called Patrimony that my boyfriends old band, 100 Watt Mind, toured with for a summer. It happened to me and the other girls around, even the lead singer of my boyfriends band, a lot, and it was just expected. It happened to these younger men too and it was so uncomfortable, I always tried to help them out of it. One of them especially had a hard time finding a way to get out of these situations. Men aren’t taught how to get away from predatory behavior as adults because no one expects it to happen to them. It brought everyone in both bands a lot tighter together because we all learned to avoid certain people and how to get each other out of things; it helped the men see how women live their lives every day, and it helped us women see how disgusting some women can be towards men (especially the very young ones,) as well.

I don't get why people police other people's hair so much. I'm a white woman with hair that's curly dark blonde/light brown naturally. I have dyed my hair blonde, red, brown, and had pink highlights. I have straightened it before and I've used a curling iron to "fix" my curls for special occasions. So why is it such a big deal for someone of a different race to dye their hair lighter or modify it or get extensions/weaves? And she does realize that light hair and eyes can happen naturally (even if it's less common) with a person of any race, right? The only issue I have with it is that sometimes it's blatantly obvious that a person is doing it just to conform to Western beauty standards and that makes me sad because their natural look is just as beautiful, but at the end of the day it's your body and your choice, and if changing your appearance makes you feel more comfortable in your own skin, then do it. sister where i live in France this is basically what happened to your president Emmanuel Macron ! the poor guy was 15 and was seduced by his theater teacher who was 35 at the time and had 3 kids one was even in his class. They have been married now for a long time but they never had children and you can tell something is so gross in their dynamic. Like the guy is too abused to say hey i am a victim. Being called less than human has left a mental bruise on me that hasn’t gone away for half of my lifetime (my sister told her friend I’m a “girl, boy, alien, it, whatever” knowing I was within earshot and sight). I’m 28 - when the bruises gets poked it’s still awful. Chaz being famous means (I hope!) that he has people sift through his social media, etc so that he doesn’t have to deal with people like Shallon spewing pure garbage from their mouth and/or fingertips. *One time* scarred me for life (my twin did it, but still). I’m nonbinary; I think all of my trans siblings-in-spirit are incredibly brave when they (we) interact with literally anyone else, ever.
