Great content. I used to watch Ryan Serhant's vlog, however, this one seems more natural. I love the fact that you are not focusing solely on real estate but on entrepreneurship as a whole. Moreover, the idea of an interactive way to present your content, like cars and interviews is way more engaging. Keep up with the good work Josh!

Really liking the vlogs and everything you've done so far. I would just recommend to improve the producion quality by having a wireless mic on you, so audio is better since you're out and about in loud places at times, also better transitions in between clips like a mini clips/montage with music of where you are to give better perspective of the environment you're at. Other than that I've really enjoyed them and am a fan, keep the vlogs coming 👍
Awesome video! I'm curious to learn more about how you established your relationship with the Ferrari dealership. How did you initially reach out to start using cars to market homes? It seems like a brilliant marketing strategy with using luxury cars like Ferrari to help sell a luxury home.
It's so hard finding hard workers, who have half a brain. My old man taught us from day one that you either work your ass off, or someone will replace you, and that you aren't above pushing a broom. Owning a business that's as cut throat as mine is a grind, but i F8cking love it and the hours.
Would be interesting how you set up your businesses and deals...not real numbers but percentages on the various voice of cost/ profit would be interesting as well
