少林Shaolin Basic Kicks and footwork

Master De Yang is showing a little about Foot techniques and step work. This is part of a DVD on Mizong. If anyone sees it on English Ebay or Amazone, please message me. Seems like a must have.

Yep I think if one knows his other Basic Training DVD, then you see a big difference. A student of him said that he is not teaching regulary anymore except giving a few Seminars abroad,so he decided to make this DVD.

So in karate and a lot of martial arts you have "steps" a routine that you would see as an exibition sometimes each posed is numbered like 22-26 so in shaolin you have a certain routine that is to dismiss demons or bad oni souls right? After you warm up with poses you kick straight and up slap your leg like puting out fire?
