The Real VAN GOGH Immersive Experience

We visited the Real Van Gogh Immersive Experience, held at the HITEX Exhibition Center in Hyderabad from March 29th to April 10th 2024. It was filled with Van Gogh's iconic works, from "Starry Night" to "Sunflowers." Immersed in vibrant colors and swirling brushstrokes, we wandered through interactive rooms, feeling the artist's genius come alive around us. Leaving us with a newfound appreciation for Van Gogh's timeless legacy.

Here are some interesting facts about Vincent Van Gogh:
1. Vincent van Gogh only sold one painting during his lifetime, "The Red Vineyard,"
2. Van Gogh's famous painting "Starry Night" was created while he was a patient at the Saint-Paul-de-Mausole asylum where he admitted himself after suffering from mental health issues.
3. He was extremely close to his brother, Theo van Gogh, who supported him emotionally and financially throughout his life.
4. Van Gogh produced over 2,000 artworks in just over a decade, including around 900 paintings and more than 1,100 drawings and sketches.
5. His famous ear incident occurred in a fit of mental anguish, he allegedly cut off a part of his left earlobe. The exact circumstances and motivations behind this act remain a subject of debate among historians and art scholars.
6. The vibrant sunflower paintings for which van Gogh is renowned were created during his time in Arles, France, where he became fascinated by the bright yellow flowers and painted several versions of them.
7. Van Gogh's tragic death at the age of 37 came after years of struggle with mental illness and personal challenges. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
8. Van Gogh's work got noticed and rose to popularity only years after his demise.

Went to this today, it was badly managed. No clear indication on when a show starts, lots of screaming children. We were in and out in 20 minutes. A rip off.

1499 for a 20 min show nothing close to the real experience! Totally a rip off 😊

Well we went for first day first show.. paid 799 per head (did an early bird booking, more than one month in advance). crowd was definitely there, so we moved to the main hall sooner to take videos.
