We've been asked what was the road in front of the house, it's a dead end road to the hamlet so there is basically no car there, just the post office man once a day and one of the 6 neighbors in the hamlet, it's a really peaceful place, but super close to all amenities.

The house and land are lovely, but it's stuffed with a million colorful things. It could benefit from a staging that takes out 80% of the random clutter. Just looking at all that made me anxious.
Hi, That's a place were real people were living in, with their way of decorating it. Anyone with a bit of imagination can easily see the volumes of the rooms, the views, the layout of the buildings and what to do in it. The place was sold in something like 2 weeks anyway. In such lovely location, at a bargain price, you don't need anything else. Home staging can be great, but it's often useless, most of our buyers know exactly the sort of property they want and we have them in stock. At the moment the market is really hot and some properties are sold sometimes in 4 days, whatever the budget. France is really attractive. I stand by my statement. I don't like all the stuff in that space. And "real people" manage to live in gorgeous spaces, even in France, without that much stuff. I'm thrilled you were able to sell it.
