Great video I learned a lot. She is a very good setter. It would be nice to see the someone spike the toss then the difference between sets becomes more clear.
Sometimes I have the problem that, when setting I release the ball on my left/right hand sooner than on the other hand that the ball flys into the other direction, any tips?
youve probably already done the training u need for it such as like bouncing it against a wall in a repeated motion or setting upwards or trying to set into a basketball hoop or premade bucket, but also making sure your keeping an eye on how your gripping the ball itself can help, if u bounce it against the wall and catch it in a setting position you can see how you naturally catch the ball for a set and if it doesnt look right youll need to slowly get used to fixing it where youll eventually be able to put your hands in the right form for the set naturally theres was a video that helped for setting perfectly but i forgot it. on a side note youtube channel called hoshina training studio has some videos on other things if u need help with that@@alexeiyahoklal3895
Its all about patient and consistency if you only do practice for setting at random say like thre times a week then none the next week and then one time next week you wont get better you need to keep practicing each day even if its just a little bit and getting used to setting you can change up the styles by laying on the floor and trying to set directly upwards too or getting someone to throw the ball up randomly and you having to move towards the ball to set it in a specific area like a basketball hoop
