When you see the shapes and colors behind your eyes In the blackness, just keep focusing on them while lying still. They will Become vivid, like you are moving through scenery. You just keep watching it, moving with it until you are finally fully in a new landscape. Walk up to something like a wall, or tree, something hard, so you can knock on it. It will feel solid And really give a foundation to the dream you are about to experience. From there you can literally think things into existence, remember to treat everyone like they really exist tho, you get better interactions when they are not forced

It is hard. It's a skill. It takes practice to efficiently learn how to let your body fall asleep while you keep your mind awake. If you are super motivated you can do it right away. But motivation fades. After the motivation is gone you probably will be having trouble doing it, cuz u feel less motivated. I have done this before, ab 3 time. I still need to develop this skill. ITS SO FUCKING CRAZY. The sensations that occur when your mind is aware while your body falls asleep are soooo cool. I recommend you discipline yourself to do this. I believe you will thank yourself. I can almost garuantee it. It's just gonna be hard. We will both be on the same journey if you do.😁

If you wanna lucid dream stay awake for more than 24 hours, you must stay awake till you feel you're gonna drop if you don't lay to sleep, I slept around midday and had multiple dreams while exposed to light, you shouldn't move or overthink after waking from a dream but close your eyes and lay comfortably to sleep again, this way you'll have at least more than one lucid dream and many nonlucid dreams. You must lay comfortably and not excite your body, while in your dream don't try to hard to manipulate or you might wake up, the dream will start to disintegrate, it has worked with artificial lighting, that's all my experience can say. While rising from themselves those with "followers" might feel a presence under their beds.

There's an easier method called MILD. You just repeat the mantra "I am going to lucid dream" in your mind. Sleep paralysis is not required in this method.
last night I accidentally lucid dreamed. as soon as I spawned in I realized I was dreaming. it may have helped that it started by my school and it's the holidays. I even spawned a portal because that's how you shift in a lucid dream. I didn't go through though, which was probably a good idea since I didn't even know where I wanted to shift to.

Easiest technique is to slightly close your eyes, invision your feet walking and you will start feeling a little weird and you see the shapes and colours she showed in the video, but it not the same control you think its kinda just one topic you were thinking about and it happens. Like once i unintentionally dreamef that i was flying everywhere and the other time i was walking on abandoned traintracks with my crush
Yes! I watch the colors behind my eyes in the dark, and they start to turn into images with whatever i think about until im fully immersed. trick is to relax your body while keeping the mind stimulated
