I regularly sing out my frustrated/negative thoughts and feelings, multiple times a day. Literally just did it this morning on my way home from preschool drop off, after totally biffing it in front of all of the preschool parents. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s surprisingly helpful. It makes everything you were obsessing over seem more trivial and gives it less weight in your mind. Or at least it gets them out of my head, most of the time. Occasionally the song just gets stuck on repeat without me noticing. So it’s not 100% effective. 😂

I love this! We are a family that randomly bursts into song about random things a la a Disney movie. But it’s usually when we are happy or silly. I never thought to use it for negative emotions as therapy! 😂

I think I’ve said this before, but I REALLY love how deep you go into the topics you explore with your videos! ❤️ And art blocks are so intertwined with psychology that one can’t quite talk about one without the other. Great video again, Kendyll!

I've mentioned this before in your channel, your advice is so helpful for more than just art. Again, great content, Kendyll!
