    My first ever fitness related content, are you ready or what!? Today’s vlog will be my FULL glute workout on a typical monday. This includes my outfit, stretches, workouts, warm up/cool down literally everything and more. I’m so excited to be sharing this aspect of my life & although i’m pretty fresh in my fitness journey it has been so rewarding.
