Houston moving back to TDECU was expected - we knew this was coming. TDECU was undergoing renovations. So if it's ready (or ready enough)...
Michigan - yeah they need a smaller stadium next season. Period.
And I like the trophy... Wish it was bigger (hoist that sucker Stanley Cup style).

If everyone is happy with the numbers, why are they cutting the budget? Losing coaches will make the league look cheap.

UFL should at least officially announce their plan to expand in 2026 if they stay at 8 teams in 2025. That way, they give every existing market extra time to
entrench themselves, while also starting a serious discussion about which new cities are being added to increase nationwide interest.
Ford Field has 65,000 seats while Spartan Stadium has 75,000 and Michigan Stadium has 107,000. Even if it brings in more fans, a Battlehawks sized
crowd would still look pathetic in Ann Arbor. It's either Spartan Stadium or the home of Eastern Michigan which seats 30,000 and is like MSU, to the west
of (not as far though) the Detroit metro area.
The University of Michigan really gains nothing letting the UFL play at it's iconic stadium and would likely charge even higher rates than Ford Field.
I could see Michigan State charging a fair price to bring more exposure to it's stadium and using UFL money for stadium improvements to better
    compete in the expanded B1G.

Birmingham Stallions are the ONLY team that should relocate.
    - Their upper end (Highest possible) attendance numbers (with a 2 time champion 🏆 team that has an 8-0 record) is only 10-14,000.
    - If that team has a losing record (low end of attendance), it will be the lowest attendance record in the league.
    - There isn't any competition to fight against (MLB) and thier upper end/highest attendance is the normal attendance for the league that has competition.
    - Birmingham only has approximately 200,000 residents; making it the smallest city in the league with no future financial high end for more monetary gain.
    - If the 8-0, 2x champion, Stallions played for any other city they would average a minimum of 18,000 people per game with a more financial upside with a city of 500,000+ population and in a state with more residents.

The UFL trophy is good. It shows 2 sides, each representing one of the 2 conferences (XFL & USFL). Unified by the bottom piece representing the UFL.
Then the top displays the side symbols of the logo [the < and > of "" ].
    - The UFL trophy is good, classy, smart, and works.
    - The USFL trophy is great
    - The XFL trophy is dollar store trash
