The calorie and heart-rate monitor on-screen are a live read exported from my Polar H10 heart-rate monitor and are accurate... BUT everyone is different. You'd get a much different read from a wrist-worn HRM, like an Apple watch. Things like fitness level, height, muscle mass, cardio conditioning, effort (this is a big one), tracking method, and a host of other factors play a role. You could have two men or women that weigh the same, or even twins doing the exact same workout and they'll all have different results. I provide my HR and calorie data as a sort of guage, so that my workouts can be compared to each other and that there's a general estimate of calorie burn. The best way to know your personal calorie burn is to track it with an accurate tracking method, like a chest strap monitor. Hope this helps 👊❤️
