I appreciate that man, thank you!
Matt Berger no problem. Keep doing what you are doing and I will always stick around 👍🏻
Hey Matt , where did you get the vent lines for the carburetor?
I’d have agree keep up the good n pump some content love em
this is so satisfying to watch, im so happy i found you
The little finishing touches fresh bolts new fuel breather hoses make all the difference.
Great video mate.
My dad used to lay the bearings in the freezer before installing. I have added heating the cases, they just slip in there. Nice job, I am enjoying these videos!
You do great work sir. Love the videos!
This was a really great video. Mad props man.
I appreciate it
Awesome job!
Clean motor build man! Can't wait to hear it rip!
Haha thanks, me too!
This will help alot with my suzuki rmx project
Looking sick! Good luck with the contest!
Thank you!
very toughhh🥵😍from this you definitely help give me an idea of how easy it the rebuild is
It is easy! Just take your time and watch TH-cam videos!
So grateful for this channel learning allot 😁
Happy to hear that!
Its coming along pretty damn clean
I'd say so lol thanks man!
LIT!!!
Great content man! Were the sealing surfaces covered during vapor blasting? Couldn't tell from the video. Awesome job👍💯
I love how you reuse what you can instead of buying new
Bike is looking great 👍 lovin the channel too.
Thanks!
Rebuilding my RM 125 bike…exactly what I was looking for 😭
Very good job keeping it stock
I love a good stock/clean look
Matt Berger me too
I love so much your channel 💯
Thank you!!!
Everything vapor blasted looks amazing. At the moment I just polish everything I can with a dremel and buffing wheel. Still looks good, but definitely a step below that vapor blasting.
Yeah I honestly wasn't even planning on getting anything vapor blasted, but a buddy said he'd give it go for cheap, so I went for it. I think I would do it again and pay someone full price for the time savings alone lol
How do you get them to stay looking like that though once the bike is being ridden?
Build is looking great, I just picked up a 97 CR125R to rebuild
Thanks, good luck!!!
HEY, very cool video! well done! one question, where did you find the manual to download?
Where did you learn how to rebuild engines this is so inspiring, I do body work but I want to get into rebuilding bikes and quads sooo bad
honestly wish there was someone around me who would rebuild my bike to this quality and i just pay them for there time
Powder coating on the covers looks awesome.
I know, they turned out so good!
Damn dude that looks fresh as f👌
Wait till you see the rest of the bike...
@@MattBerger02 Looking forward to it 🤙
Okay, I see youre from Akron area. I am also from the area. Id like to know who youre using for powdercoating, annodizing, vapor blasting, etc. Im working on a kx250f rebuild.
need more bike flips
Top man
Appreciate it!
do you have a link to the Honda OEM carb vent tubing?
i'm having a hard time locating it.
can u give ma a link to the carb hose i really need them and i cant find the right one
Why you dont use the tools to instal the engine case? And why you dont use assembly lube?
Nice vapor blasting how can I do that?
How do you know what to torque certain bolts down to ?
I've never had a problem with namura pistons either. Actually they seem to last longer than je pistons for me. All the bikes I've put namura pistons in still run...lol.
Heat the cases FREEZE the bearings
I am not able to ride or rebuild a dirt bike because I am too young but still I love to watch these videos
One day!
What is a motor rebuild like you did cost
Material and labor
yo matt what is the diamter for the carb hoses
I have a rm 125 1997 and I need a manual for it and I can't find one. Does someone have tips or links for a manual?
Sou Do Brasil E Tenho uma Dessa Aii
looks mint! whered you get it vapor blasted?
A buddy who works at a local collision repair shop did it!
Man I wish my wife would let me do something like this.......F it ima do it anyways!!! Love your videos!
Do it!!!! haha
What size hone did u use?
everyone hear gonna watch this guy blow up. great content.
Means a lot. Thanks!
Got the same bike year and all want to see what u got going on
Get ready for the next video then...
I came here to figure out what’s the deal with water pump. My engine is a 1999 and water pump is not externally serviceable. Gotta split cases
do you have the serial number for the oem pink hoses?
Let me do some looking and I'll let you know!
Looks good man. Wanted to call you out for not using a crank puller but you redeemed yourself by using a Motion Pro special wrench on your cylinder base nuts (most just use a wrench and don't torque them) so I decided to give you a break...lol J/K
Haha I've honestly never used or felt like a need to use a crank puller. I do use that cylinder wrench all the time, just gotta make sure to do the moment calculations beforehand to get the torque numbers converted!
Eny one got a barrel for a 2000 model for sale plz help me
How long did the ktm take to rebuild
About 2 months
does it matter the order for the clutch
It must follow the correct order of steel/fiber plates. But in most cases, the direction of the plates don't matter
How do you not have more subscribers??
Takes time to grow! I'm going to keep putting out content and see where it takes me!
@@MattBerger02 I will be with you all the way to the top keep up the great content and never give up 👍
what torques wrench do you use?
Believe it or not, I use Harbor Freight... I've done a bunch of research and they work very well for me.
@@MattBerger02 forsure, been rewatching all your old rebuild videos. It would be awesome if you could do a buyers guide when negotiating for dirt bikes. The summers coming up and i'm really wanting to pick up an 01 cr125r.
Why wouldn't you of put new lower end bearing's in if you already have the case split open and torn apart. Still good I would of still replaced them and kept the old ones as back up's.
Money. Would have been over $100 just in those bearings. This is still a bike I am planning on flipping and making a profit on, so I couldn't do everything. After inspecting the bearings, they all checked out good so I made the decision to reuse them.
Fair enough.
Guys can u write me a online market for suzuki?
When I saw you hitting the ball bearings with the hammer, I turned it off
The piston you got is ok but wisco pistons are way better and not to expensive
I've personally never had issues with Namura pistons, but from now on I will be using ProX and Wiseco pistons. It's worth the extra $25 to have that piece of mind!
Yeah pro x are pretty good to and im loving these vids keep it up👍
Freeze your bearings bro
Why freeze Jeffrey?
