A collection of all of Daphne's psychic visions throughout Frasier. I think it's a shame that Daphne's extrasensory abilities weren't explored more in the later seasons.
The reason her psychic visions were phased off rather quickly (according to writer Ken Levine) was that the writers found it limiting in material. They wanted to explore Daphne's character more.
I love this channel - such great clips - clever categories - it is so incredibly well done - with thanks from London UK - they did rather tone down the psychic side of her as the seasons went on.
Daphne: It only happens when there's a cloying on the cosmic continuum. Me: (knowing that Lilith is visiting.) Well, when a demon leaves her perch in hell, the continuum has a tendency to shatter, reconstitute itself and shatter when she returns home.
A number of other Shows wouldn't have found the poignancy thread in some of "Daphne's" interactions. This one did and that alone takes this Sitcom to a brand new wondrous authentic Seriocomic level.🤔😂😔🎤💃👩🎓📺B.W.
Best part is when she has a vision of her soulmate holding a dragon and in the very next scene Niles unpacks a little dragon statue that Roz sent him. ❤❤❤
I was at a car race and started talking to the woman who sat in front of me. She looked towards my friend and asked if he had ever seen an UFO. He had. The stranger thing, though, was I kept thinking something about her speaking German, and finally asked her if she spoke German. She answered me in German.
I miss being psychic ☹ My visions stopped after I was diagnosed with epilepsy and started medication. We exist, it's true! There are people who can see into the future!!
My grandmother used to foretell deaths in the family, my mother knew that someone would be injured working at my father’s ready-mix concrete plant, and I had some flashes myself. My gm and m saw their forecasts in dreams; my main psychic insight was having a sudden thought that my mother would die before the year ended. This was at Mother’s Day and she died in October. We had no idea she was ill, and she even had a checkup 6 weeks earlier with no red flags.

It’s crazy how much it drops off so quickly, but the use of it for Niles with the dragon statue is fantastic. Great payoff.
She's right more often than not in a way, no matter how much it's dismissed.
