【Chef in Training】Mushroom Foraging in One Michelin Star Internship

Caution - Please please please don't eat mushrooms in the wild without having the identified by experts!
I've always dreamt of foraging and have always wanted to live a life where I can collect edible vegetations in nature and bring them into my kitchen. But the thought of poisoning myself was too scary to take the risk. This time, with 2 mycologists on site, I was on cloud 9 frolicking in the forest like a loose deer. Hope this is the start to my foraging lifestyle :D
