Can the semapo hold real plates? How's the construction for actual real life utility. If it's airsoft only then I do how durable it would be in real life. What's your take?

How's the Color/Pattern comparison?? I want to buy a Flyye and it claims to be constructed out of genuine MC, but I thought I'd ask from someone who has it first hand.

So the flyye would work for an actual ar-15 carrier ?

Know it's late, but you mean for carrying with an Real steal weapon using real armor protection?

@@13foxtrot34 Dude, there is no such thing as Airsoft quality, it either has quality or it doesn't.
Many people assume that because it's made in china it's Crap gear.
But if good material is used than it has quality.
It doesn't need for example to use Milspec stitching to have a solid stitching (Most people criticize chinese replica gear because they use other materials for stitching, but some materials can be even better than the polyester, here in Brazil local gear producers use polyamide (Which is even more resistant).
There is a company in US that outsource it gear production to china and make licensed replicas of Crye precision Gear, Crye precision even gives a tag attesting to it's quality.
Some other characteristics that people complain on replicas are even present on the original Crye Gear for example: IR masking and Flame resistant materials.
According to Crye precision Product guide catalog of 2018 most of their gear have the IR masking and Flame resistant coating as an Optional (Except for Multicam IR masking, because multicam is already Low IR).
And the optional can only be obtained by high volume purchases (Like military or LE contract) You can find surplus gear with those optional's already on them, but buying as civilian directly from Crye you won't.
And Cordura by it's nature is not very flammable.
      Depends on what you want.

What's the difference between the flyye modi and regular flyye jpc? All I can see is modi flyye is made of 500d with camo cummerbund and flyye is 1000d with coyote brown cummerbund. .. Are you sure your friend has the Flyye and not the Flyye modi?? check the links below... which one is better?

they are clearly labeled flyye or Modi on the tag. the difference is that Modi uses cheaper materials. normal flyye uses actual licensed multicam material.

measure your belly button to clavicle that's what size carrier you will need based on your size I would guess large. I'm 5'11 200lbs and 34 waist

thanks bro, appreciate the review, it's basically exactly what I needed to make my choice.

Actually you measure from 2 inches above your belly button to your clavicle (But that is done with an Armor carrier) Because it offers more protection to the digestive track against fragmentation.
Plate carriers are there to protect only the lungs and heart and major blood vessels in the region which would be around 5 inches above your belly button.
