I've had good luck with Kuryakyn. Back when I was making the bike more passenger friendly (before the whole bobber thing) I found a set of their adapters that worked for my 750, don't see why they wouldn't work for your 1100. Kuryakyn 8818 is for the adapters, 3597 is for the mini floorboards I've been using. This set up for the rear is now on Tim's bike over on MeAndMyShadow and he said his wife is pleased with the comfort.
