When we first got into goats we had so much to learn. From the different kinds of goats, their end uses, the pros/cons of the different breeds, & most importantly; WHAT SHOULD I FEED MY GOATS? Our goal with this video is to have a place for those in a similar situation to have a where you can begin that journey. In collaboration with @FowlerFamilyFarm who's video surrounds GOAT CARE 101 we are confident you will successfully be on your way to goat husbandry.

Im such a nerd and have no need for this kind of knowledge, yet over the last 3 years ive learned more about farm animals than i will EVER need to know from several youtube channels 😂😂. Here in the UK i dont have a farm nor farm animals (im surrounded by them as i live in the north east england in the countryside) and yet im still fascinated and love soaking it all up from all you farm channels i watch 😂😂.

Good video. I had no idea that goats could be used for meat! I wonder what the meat tastes like and how it’s prepared and cooked?. Very interesting information. I have never seen it in grocery stores. 🙏🏼✌🏼
Hi Cindy, thank you for giving our video a watch. When we first were deciding what kind of goats we wanted & would do the best in Florida we also first learned of meat goats; Kikos specifically. We have since learned that goat is the #1 eaten meat in the world, just not in America as we love our beef 🥩. Very interesting for sure.

@Our Brown Farmhouse if you find goat treats in the store, it's a purple and white bag it has anise in it, which is used to make black licorice. Goats go nuts for it.
